“We had a wonderful experience at Starbucks, especially because of Katie! She was fantastic with customers and made great drink recommendations. We tried the Mocha Frappuccino and Mango Matcha with light ice, and both drinks were absolutely delicious—so good! 😍

Katie was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Her customer service really stood out and made our visit even better. She’s fantastic at what she does, and Starbucks is lucky to have her! Highly recommend asking for Katie if you visit. 💚☕🥭✨“
