Every time I walk into a Starbucks, it's always a good experience. The place is cozy and smells like great coffee, which is a big plus for me. The staff are friendly too - they always seem happy to see customers and make us feel welcome.I usually get a Cappuccino, and it's always delicious. Understaffed at the time I went. I did a mobile order, drive through was ridiculously long but the way they have the inside set up at this location, you can't go in to just grab your order because they have drive through orders closer to the deivw through window. I waited in the drive through line for 13 minutes. When I picked up my latte, the outside of the cup was a sticky mess. Really upset about the stores hanging gay pride flags but not hanging U.S. flags for Veterans Day or for the 4th of July!! I'm not against pride month by any means but if you're going to support one group of people, then by all means support all!!! ESPECIALLY the veterans who risk their lives for your freedoms!!!!
