“My favorite Starbucks location in town!!!

I am always welcomed, met with friendly smiles, and given excellent service here. I can tell the baristas are working their butts off, but they never fail at making me feel seen amidst the chaos. Such a sweet bunch!

Another thing I love about this store is the ceiling-to-floor ratio. Other stores average at around 12ft, but this location is at LEAST 15. I wanted to whip out my measuring tape for verification, but I'm sure I'd get weird looks. Regardless, I feel like I can BREATHE in this store, and I'm not plagued by anxiety about the rooftop caving in and crushing me like I am in other places.“

My mocha was made well and the staff was upbeat and accurate, even during a busy late morning rush. Inside is calm, well-lit, and perfect for a quiet break. Plenty of seating and outlets.

Parking is easy, the drive-thru is quick, and the restrooms are clean. This store keeps the standard high—and that matters when you’ve got kids that may lick the table at any moment.

“I went to Starbucks Coffee Company a few evenings ago after finishing a long shift at work, mostly because I needed somewhere quiet to sit for a bit before driving home. I usually make coffee at home, so I don’t stop at Starbucks very often anymore, but this visit reminded me why people keep coming back.

The store was busy without feeling chaotic. There were college students studying, a couple people having meetings, and others just relaxing with headphones on. Even with a steady line, the employees stayed patient and friendly. One barista noticed I was undecided and recommended a shaken espresso drink that ended up being way better than what I originally planned to order.

What stood out most was how comfortable the atmosphere felt. Some coffee shops try too hard to feel trendy, but this location had a relaxed vibe where nobody seemed rushed to leave. I ended up staying almost an hour catching up on emails and honestly forgot how stressed I’d been earlier in the day.

My drink came out quickly and tasted balanced — strong coffee flavor without being overly sweet. I also grabbed a slice of banana loaf that was surprisingly fresh. One small thing I appreciated was that an employee walked around wiping tables and checking the dining area regularly, so the café stayed clean even during a busy time.

The prices are definitely not cheap, especially if you add food, but the consistency is hard to argue with. I’ve had random local coffee shops give amazing drinks one day and disappointing ones the next, while Starbucks usually delivers the same quality every visit.

I was there to pick up coffee orders for a 2025-26 staff breakfast celebration at Bugg Magnet Elementary School by members of Raleigh Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. “PAY NO ATTENTION TO THE SEAT CRUMBS.
I just had the pleasure of visiting this Starbucks location and they have impeccable service. This is my favorite location to visit in the mornings.

I usually stop by to grab my wife coffee and/or breakfast for her mornings in the office. This location is usually busy but the line moves quickly so you’d never know.

TODAY, in particular, I felt anxious about asking for a tray but KAYLA offered and as she was putting drinks in I asked for a two cup tray and she delivered. I usually get social anxiety when ordering in a drive thru, BUT KAYLA, she made me feel at ease and comfortable in our interaction to where I managed to ask without breaking into a cold sweat.

Shout out to the hiring team and the manager because they know good people when they see them—and then they must hire them!!!

“I went to this Starbucks on a whim. Its located in the harris teeter. Two young ladies were working. On my app there was a matcha strawberry frappe that looked amazing. I asked the young ladie could I please have this made? She looked up to the challenge. I went to pay with the app but unfortunately she said she was not able to scan the bar code for the app. I ran back out to my car to get the debit card and by the time I came back and paid she was just about ready with my drink. I could kick myself the one time I didnt take a picture. It was absolutely gorgeous and delicious 😋 like when you see an advertisement for food/beverage you always hope it looks like the picture but it never quite does.... well she nailed it and then some!!! Will definitely be stopping by this starbucks when im on this side of town!!“

List didn't look that large but the guy behind the counter explained that's because everybody ends up getting so many customized things so it's really just name what you want and they make it for you. I was redeeming some rewards that I had and I end up getting the horchata iced coffee. It was okay. I just don't think that was really my go to but I wanted to try something new. They gave me a pup cup to give Decker which he thoroughly enjoyed.“

“This is a fairly nice Starbucks. It has an interesting location, off of an alleyway in a shopping center. There is indoor and outdoor seating, I chose to sit inside as it was February. The service is friendly and the beverages I ordered, a strawberry parfait and a steamed milk, were good.“
