Starbucks in Cary

“Our Starbucks we were extremely loyal to started to go downhill so we decided to try this one and it’s been amazing! The drinks are always made well and everyone at the drive thru has been super nice. Thank you for your care for what you do!!“

“Service is always fast at this location. My drink was made perfect as well. I did notice that my coffee was a little more expensive at this location, versus the Target in Morrisville, but not by much.

Parking: Parking lot is small because it is in a small area with a few other stores, but I have always been able to find a parking spot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“

“I haven’t had such amazing service in years!!! I spilled my drink and was about ready to cry; and not only did they bring out a shop vac to help me clean up the mess but they calmed me down with words of understanding since it happens to everyone eventually and of course it was a monday. They also remade my drink.

That was ON TOP of the best drive through greeting I had gotten in a very long time.
Made a very rough morning so much better“

“I’ve been working close to this Starbucks this month and they’ve been so lovely! Once, we forgot some drinks in an order and they accommodated us when we came back. They’re lovely through the drive through as well. Thanks for keeping us going!“

“This Starbucks is okay - the drinks are usually good but with only 2 staff members (and usually only one there at a time) it seems that they are grossly understaffed and doing customized items isn't their specialty.Otherwise - staff are extremely nice. Excellent customer service and amazing dedication to their jobs“

“My boyfriend and I love this Starbucks location! We come by often, but this morning in particular I was touched by how kind and wonderful my barista was! She gave me her name which I’m unfortunately not sure how to spell- it was pronounced LC. Fantastic service all around, especially from her!“

“I've always had great service here. When I ask for a pup cup they get really excited and ask to see my pup. This past weekend I was there working and the district manager was there and he introduced himself to me, which I thought was really nice.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! They always make my drink to perfection, the service is very fast, and the customer service is excellent! Shoutout to Jesse, Portia, Stephen, Ellie and Abby for always being kind and making me laugh. Jesse has amazing baristas running his store.“

“Olena, Tiffany, and Maya give the best service I could have ever received from Starbucks. They took my order and remembered it without making me feel like I was asking for too much. And they always make it with Love. I hardly get what I actually want from Starbucks corporation, but this branch really showed me something! 10/10 highly recommend ?“

“I usually try not to go to Starbucks inside stores, as I always have a big order, but I’m so glad I stopped here! My drinks and my food were absolutely amazing, and the person who served me, Ethan, was incredibly kind. They truly made the experience and I can’t wait to come back!“

“The staff working at this Starbucks today May 10th in the morning is just amazing! I messed up the order of my coffee in another location, I stopped by real quick before traveling back home and they very kindly made me a new one! Very friendly staff. Love this. Thank you Starbucks!“

“I have been coming here for a few years to do work and I have never had a negative experience. I am always greeted with a smile and my drink is always delicious. Today i was helped by an employee that I have never seen named Ella and she absolutely brightened my day. She seems to be very good at her job while making all people feel cared for!“

“Jayla just brightened my day! I came in the store, killing time waiting for my car to get serviced at Discount Tire. I was feeling flustered about my car taking so long and as a result I changed my drink order about 30 times. She and the other young man working were so kind and patient with me! Someone please give these sweet kids a raise!!“

“This is the best Starbucks! I usually try to go to a drive thru but after having my order incorrect multiple times I decided it is definitely worth walking in to this location! The girls are so kind and ALWAYS make my order right! Thank you guys for consistency 💗“

“I have been coming to this location since the day it opened and have loved my morning coffee experience each time. I especially want to give a special special shout to my favorite barista, that goes above and beyond to make my day, Newlan! From perfect drinks to an even more perfect service, thank you!!! As they say, sometimes you wanna go, where everybody knows your name!“

“I was having a ugly cry type day .I told Gianna (the young lady at the counter) to make me something that would lift my spirit due to having a bad day .She made me a strawberry drink with foam on top and it was exactly what I needed !Thank you so much <3“

“I truly do not understand how this Starbucks has a three star review because it should be a five out of five review. I have been going to this Starbucks for a while now and they are the best Starbucks that I’ve been to.

I want to give the male employee who was on drive thru - register at 12 PM today His flowers. He made the best latte that I’ve ever had from Starbucks to be honest and that is exactly why I’m leaving this review, he made my drink perfectly. He is the best barista there, in my opinion.

If y’all trying to go to a real Starbucks, come to this one!!“

“I ordered through mobile app and my drink was ready at pick up station when arrived. It was made correctly, tasting wonderful! Greeted when i walked in the door. It wasn’t overly crowded, but had typical noise level. Store was clean.

I received a gift card for my bday. I had the old card with the scratch off rather than the peel off which the newer gift cards have. After I picked up drink and got back in my car. i decided to see if the could help me. Staff was great. Management quickly jumped in and helped with my situation. Seems this is a common issue with the older paper card like mine!“

“I've been going to this Starbucks for as long as I can remember, the service has always been excellent. They get through drive thru lines that stretch across the parking lot in a matter of minutes. The baristas are always lovely and a well timed compliment has made my day on many occasions.“

“Great experience! This was the BEST salted caramel cold brew I’ve ever had! Hands down! I can taste the caramel and salt in the cold foam as well and it was just amazing! Chy - (apologies if I spelled incorrectly) - was awesome! She had a great personality! Management should definitely recognize her for providing great customer service! I will be coming to this location for now on! Thanks Chy!“
