“Omg! Everyone was so nice! It genuinely made my morning to receive such positive energy. Shout outs to the sassy gentleman on the intercom who said “yum!” when I was done ordering lol and the sweet older woman at the window. I hope you both have a great day!“

“I love our Holly springs Starbucks but the new renovation made the inside much smaller and really only a few tables to sit at other than outside. It gets very crowded during the rush hours 😕 so when I can I order ahead on the app. It's always ready when I get there . No waiting just grab and go. They are always polite and friendly there .“

“Service is always fast at this location. My drink was made perfect as well. I did notice that my coffee was a little more expensive at this location, versus the Target in Morrisville, but not by much.

Parking: Parking lot is small because it is in a small area with a few other stores, but I have always been able to find a parking spot.

“I have been coming here for a few years to do work and I have never had a negative experience. I am always greeted with a smile and my drink is always delicious. Today i was helped by an employee that I have never seen named Ella and she absolutely brightened my day. She seems to be very good at her job while making all people feel cared for!“

busy in the morning, everyone with laptop, I came with mine in hopes for fast WIFI, super slow, end up using 5G hotspot from my phone, not worth risking wifi hunting if there is 3-4 people.“

“Love this location. The staff is always very friendly and remembers you if you visit often. The inside has free wifi and plenty of seating, including a long study table that gives you plenty of space to work. Super quick service if you're ordering online or through the app.“

“I truly do not understand how this Starbucks has a three star review because it should be a five out of five review. I have been going to this Starbucks for a while now and they are the best Starbucks that I’ve been to.

I want to give the male employee who was on drive thru - register at 12 PM today His flowers. He made the best latte that I’ve ever had from Starbucks to be honest and that is exactly why I’m leaving this review, he made my drink perfectly. He is the best barista there, in my opinion.

“I ordered to pick up at the window with two drinks that were about $10 a piece because they were macchiato with extra espresso shots and nondairy sweet cream and I've had issues before with them not adding the sweet cream and it just just not being correct. I'm a fairly awkward guy and I have really bad anxiety, that is why I use the app so I only have to say my name, so I'm always nervous about going back to get thing right. But today it wasn't my money so I would feel really bad to use someone else's money and it not be right. They were extremely helpful and nice, they quickly remade both drink and I was back on my way within minutes. The staff here are really great and nice people“

I was feeling flustered about my car taking so long and as a result I changed my drink order about 30 times. She and the other young man working were so kind and patient with me!
