Starbucks in Garner

“I visited this Starbucks in the evening, and despite how busy it was, the customer service was great! There were only two employees working, and they were handling a lot at once while still keeping things running smoothly. I was inside placing my order, and I was really impressed by how one employee, who I believe was named Jose, managed to juggle the drive-through while still taking my order and making sure I was being helped. The other employee who was a young lady was also doing a great job making drinks and getting orders out in a timely manner, especially considering how busy they were. Both employees were polite and helpful, and the whole experience was pleasant. It’s nice to see such good customer service, especially during a busy shift!“

“Second time this week this mama got a break to get a coffee in target and I was super pleased with the service! The barista was very kind and helpful with my order today as she was Monday! They were great for being so busy for the holidays and there being only two of them. I would say the only unpleasant part of my experience was the impatient holiday shoppers that I was surrounded by, but that is to be expected this time of year.“
