“This is a busy location! I have been coming to this location for a while, and the service has always been amazing, and the crew is always livly and upbeat. As it is a busy location, some things might take longer, but that is expected with so many orders.“

“I was in Durham to visit Duke for my son. I ran to this Starbucks from our hotel before he got up. Let me just say, I'm a frequent flyer to Starbucks at home and everywhere we go. I always order the same thing and its ALWAYS just..fine. I get a lot of raw sugar in my coffee and ALWAYS have to stir again when I get to my destination. I can NEVER just get my coffee and drink right away, the amount of half and half is always just..fine, never perfect. Let me say this, and let me say it in all caps. THIS COFFEE WAS PERFECT. I have NEVER in ALL MY YEARS of visiting Starbucks received a perfect coffee. This one was PERFECT. I can not express how perfect it was. 10/10.“

They just don’t let you down. You may encounter self-absorbed customers who mar you experience, but Starbucks is good at mediating even that. Use their phone app and cut the people frustrations. I always go out of my way to go to Starbucks they always have a consistent cuppa coffee it's hot on point and the staff is always very courteous the added bonus is now I have the Starbucks app so I can have my coffee waiting for me when I walk in thank you Staff are always wonderful and friendly~ Peppermint Mocha is amazing~ Great coffee and a fast drive thru Stuff is close and convienunt Didn't have to travel very far to grocery store or for fast food also walgreens auto part stores This Starbucks location is converted Schlottzky's Deli, and it has quite a bit of room. Of course, it's also popular, so despite its size, you may not find the exact chair you want at any given time.It is a great place to meet someone, have a coffee, and do a bit of networking. The location is convenient, and the service is what you'd expect from Starbucks. Such great staff working here. I met with my classmates to go over a presentation and we stayed for hours until they closed and they gave us each (6) cakes because we were studying and working so long. Super nice of them! the starbucks is close by the hotel. within walking distance and a safe commute. nice environment and plenty of coffee“

“My Go to Starbucks at Fairfield & Roxboro never disappoints. I have been a faithful Starbucks patron for many years and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad or even mediocre experience at my Starbucks! The staff is wonderful. It does not matter how busy they are or how ugly another customer behaves, they handle it with grace & don't let it affect their work or interactions with others. Which is near impossible to do (trust me, I've worked in the food & bev industry) lol. I don't have to worry if they are going to get my order right or not (yes, I'm one of those 🙄...many modifications) like i do at other establishments. I can't recollect but maybe 1 or 2 times that there were any hiccups with my order and they were taken care of immediately with kindness and understanding. So, if you're looking for a FANTASTIC Starbucks to visit, stop in at my home Starbucks at Fairfield and Roxboro Rd in North Durham. You will NEVER be disappointed!!!“

“Don't really drink Starbucks, so I really didn't know what to order. The young lady recommended a warm drink with Carmel and whipped cream. Let me tell you, it was soooo delicious!

Parking: They did have a shared parking lot with other businesses. It's a popping area, so parking close to Starbucks may not happen. I was able to get a spot not far away.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, it was kid friendly. I took kids.“
