I have a couple of favorite drinks and this crew always gets them right. I usually go through the drive-thru but I wish I had free time to read a book in the cafe. It's a good coffee shop atmosphere & has a friendly staff.
The lady at the drive thru was super sweet & my matcha was delicious!
This is the first time coming to this Starbucks, and I can't express how wonderful Emma was! She was so incredibly pleasant and while my kids and I were waiting for our order, she offered waters which no starbucks has ever done. If shes not a manager already, someone needs to make her one! Seriously the best customer service I've experienced anywhere in North Carolina! Thank you Emma!!!
