here i am at 3:27am wide awake and anxious and cant sleep why?? because my ORDER got messed up AGAIN. I love coffee but can't have caffeine for this exact reason!!! I cant even trust that im getting the right thing!!! there Is 1 person there who always makes my drinks and gets it right idk what her name is but she is fantastic!! there was also a really sweet girl who helped me out the other day. some of them obviously don't understand the struggle of having anxiety issues caffeine...read full review
My order was wrong. All I ordered was a grande Carmel Macchiato with four splenda. There was no Carmel and no Splenda
