I would normally give this store( #36644 on hwy 54 ) a better review, but being talked to by an employee at Mac Donalds disrespectfuly over a wrong order or over anything actually is baffling. Thank you to the manager Trey for your help. Any employee that yells at a customer (Tiara) through the drive through window should be terminated.
This McDonald's location is pretty great and food is good for being fast food. I appreciate that MDs now has round egg vs folded egg option. Biggest note is for folks to ensure that all parts of an order gets to the customer. Left off oatmeal, which was what I wanted most, and no one caught it. I couldn't turn around because I was on the way to work. Attention to detail is important. Used the drive-through and wasn't asked if I was using the app, so I forgot to give the code prior to ordering.
