Used the drive-through and wasn't asked if I was using the app, so I forgot to give the code prior to ordering. Thankfully, they scanned my code at the payment window.Our order was wrong, which I didn't discover until I was well on my way and back on the interstate.And our burgers were assembled poorly (patty hanging out of one side, tomato and pickles out the other). I took my first bite, and a ketchup covered onion fell onto my shirt, and sauce started running down my arm. Not an awesome experience at 70 mph surrounded by other vehicles traveling at the same speed.For me, the purpose of fast food via a drive through, is because I can't go in, sit down, and wrangle a burger. I should be able to eat in the car. ?

I would normally give this store( #36644 on hwy 54 ) a better review, but being talked to by an employee at Mac Donalds disrespectfuly over a wrong order or over anything actually is baffling. Thank you to the manager Trey for your help. Any employee that yells at a customer (Tiara) through the drive through window should be terminated.

This McDonald's location is pretty great and food is good for being fast food. I appreciate that MDs now has round egg vs folded egg option. Biggest note is for folks to ensure that all parts of an order gets to the customer. Left off oatmeal, which was what I wanted most, and no one caught it. I couldn't turn around because I was on the way to work. Attention to detail is important. When asked for round egg option again, ended up with folded egg, and I was looking forward to the round egg (also, that's what I ordered, lol).

Was given attitude and was told I'd be charged for a sauce that was put on the order. Fries were cold. My biggest issue was the fact I wasn't shown respect when I showed respect to staff. Would NOT recommend this McDonald's.
Food was good. The outside driver thru speaker is difficult to here from two weeks in a row its not been good. I've made them aware of the issue both weeks. Just avoid it if possible.

For a mcds that makes you PAY for sauces they ALWAYS FORGET THEM. This mcds did so great for so long. In the last few months it's taken a turn with forgetting things like sauces or part of my meals. I wish I knew what happened because I've never had a problem with my actual food before.
