Good service. Staff very friendly
The best ginger dressing I have ever had. My dinner was excellent. The Hawaiian funnel cake was delicious.

Shiki Sushi is a large restaurant with a casual atmosphere and great food. The service can be inconsistent, but some staff members, like the bartender Paul and server Hailey, provide exceptional service, ensuring timely food delivery and attentive check-ins. The sushi rolls are a highlight, with many customers returning for years. Dishes like the Hibachi with steak receive high praise, and the tempura sauce is a standout. The menu is varied, and dietary restrictions can be accommodated. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and has a large parking lot. The atmosphere is lively, with great music, and staff like manager Sabrina go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. While it has potential to be a 5-star restaurant, Shiki Sushi sometimes falls short due to inconsistent service. Still, many customers highly recommend it for good sushi and a great experience in the Durham area.
