It's pretty meh. Not amazing, not horrible. I got takeout, but maybe if you eat in the fried stuff wont be soggy. If you're just looking for meat to shove in your face it works ok.
I am a student at UNC Chapel Hill, and when my mom visited town we ordered City BBQ. The meat was amazing their pulled pork was so juicy and tender! The swine wine sauce was the best barbecue sauce we had ever had. After eating our first order we ordered two more pounds of meat to have for the rest of the week! The chocolate cake was divine! Definitely will become a regular staple!

Food is generally good, but not a fan of the new menu setup. Always used to get the judges sampler, which is no longer available. I tried ordering the same thing with the new combo setup, but everything was an upcharge and ultimately ended up spending way more money for less food than before. Also, was served without the cornbread and when asked for them I was rudely told I could have 2, but if I wanted anymore they would have to charge me.
