Never ever had a cashier yell at everyone in the store "Can you all just leave already?!" twenty minutes before closing. Or one that blatantly said they hate elderly customers.Drinks are subpar. Service is bad (except for one very delightful worker). Tables are nice because they have outlets and USB plugs and plenty of space throughout the store. Although, I studied here for 8+ hours, five days in a row, and never saw a single table wiped down or bathrooms cleaned.Entire store was sprayed with cleaning foam 20 minutes before closing while other customers were still ordering food and drinks. It looked like a foam party aftermath.Highly recommend driving down the road to Parkside Town Commons or Southpoint instead.

This is the Starbucks location I frequent when I work on-site in the RTP area. Location is excellent, drive through moves FAST even during peak times, my order is always accurate, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

It’s 745 on a Friday and the doors are locked and lights out. Please update your hours on your website so we dont waste time driving here.

The renovation that was completed a few years ago still feels fresh.

Absolutely love starting my day here. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly, the food and drinks are excellent, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The best Starbucks I've ever visited.

Any time Deyton is working the drive through window, I have impeccable customer service. I wish every employee at every location (I visit many locations in many different states) was as patient, friendly, and skilled as Deyton.

I frequent this location often. And there have been multiple times I have came around 7:50ish and they’ve “closed” the store down. I’ve even pulled up to the window still requesting my order since they aren’t supposed to close until 8 pm. Tonight being another one of those nights, I sat at the window untill 8pm and I’m fed up. Your female employee who still had the headset on, walked past me twice. And I passed a gentleman taking the trash out. Either adjust your hours to accommodate your rushing employees or employ people who want to work their hours! We all have jobs to do.

First visit to this Starbucks. Just driving thru. This is probably the largest I have been to. Very spacious and lots of seating. I ordered a chai latte and it was as I expected. 4 stars is because of the bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms. Each has a key pad on the door and you ask at the counter for the number. There is a button on the inside of the lock face that flashes red when you press it but then nothing to indicate if it is locked or not. From the outside you cannot tell if someone is in the bathroom. You enter the code and try the knob and it doesn't open.

Coffee was good as usual. Music is always too loud at this location. Can't sit down and get any work done or even have a casual conversation without yelling across the table.

Seems like a good spot to get work done. Not too busy on a Friday afternoon at least, service was fine, fair selection of food choices...pretty much what you would expect from a Starbucks. Seating is fairly well spread out though so it's not as confided feeling as most locations. The music isn't too bad either, quiet, better as far as Starbucks go. Also clean, no bad odors like some coffee shops where it sticks to your clothing after you leave. Recommend giving it a try.

Order thru the app, pick up your coffee on your way to work... when you're away from home, it works.

I have come to this location several times, however, to date I've had three bad experiences. My last time visiting on 10/21 marks my final visit at this location. I placed a mobile order about 12–15 minutes before arriving. Upon my arrival, I noticed a long drive-thru line and crowded lobby. Once I came inside, I overheard another customer complaining to a manager and barista that she had waited a long time and she had to go, but she'd be back to get a full refund. This was a total foreshadow of my visit. With concern, I headed to the counter to grab my order. I only found my egg bites. My drink was not at the pickup station so my concern peaked. Some of the staff's professional attitude was dwindling as the crowd became restless and frustrated because of the disorder and long wait times. I waited several minutes before asking a barista the status of my drink. After reviewing the stickers around the espresso machines, he unconvincingly said, "I think it's coming up." I sat down and waited about 30 more minutes before telling a female barista that I wanted my drink. The baristas communicated about my order and confirmed that my drink had been made previously—therefore, it had been stolen—and they'd make it again immediately. I took a sip and noted that my drink wasn't properly made. I didn't have the energy or time to request a remake because I was running late. My disappointment was somewhat soothed by a cashier giving me a service recovery card for $4 off my next drink. I left thinking I didn't want to return to this location.Well, today I went to another Starbucks location located in a Harris Teeter. I attempted to use my recovery card to supplement my order. The barista scanned it multiple times before telling me it was never activated!I paid for my drink and then called Starbucks customer service to file a complaint against the Hwy 55 & Allendown location. Starbucks customer service gave me a proper refund and resolution for my troubled experience on 10/21.I don't EVER want to patron the Hwy 55 & Allendown Starbucks location again.

FIVE STARS for the baristas and ONLY the baristas - NOT the manager. NO STARS for the manager. Came by tonight and saw an incredibly long drive thru line, so I thought I’d go inside. There were only TWO baristas working at this drive thru & cafe store - and one has to be manning the drive thru window leaving the other to do everything else. It was overwhelming to me to watch, and I was just a customer. After reading through some other reviews, this doesn’t seem like an abnormal thing. The manager of this store should DO BETTER - their baristas shouldn’t have to work like this. There should be more people staffed. A manager’s job is to set their staff up for success and this is CLEARLY not happening. There is no reason there should only be two baristas closing at this extremely busy starbucks, I’m deeply ashamed of their manager for treating them this way and I hope they are able to find employment or management that treats them better in the near future. I really hope starbucks corporate is reading this. Baristas, if you’re reading this, I wish I caught your names. You were working so hard and deserve so much more.
