Busy. It's small and not a good place if you want to sit and enjoy your beverage. Some seating outside the door, but not much and almost always taken. Staff were handling everything well. drinks were good. Glad my tea did not taste like someone else's drink.
Starbucks used to be a positive experience but it seems that over time they have transitioned to a less costumer focused place to more of an entitled place where you should be glad they are making you something. It would be nice if they would go back to the happier way they used to be. I think it's a issue with growth and popularity. Phone orders always make in person ordering wait longer.
