Visited on 1/20, my grande white chocolate mocha was not as hot as it should be and either the lid or the cup was defective because the lid did not fit correctly. Went to take a sip and it was dripping all over me.

Store hours say opens at 9:30 and they have 30 people standing out here waiting on them to open at 10:15 and still not open. They lost my business today. I have a store to open in the mall too and can't wait on them to open 45 minutes late.

Busy. It's small and not a good place if you want to sit and enjoy your beverage. Some seating outside the door, but not much and almost always taken. Staff were handling everything well. drinks were good. Glad my tea did not taste like someone else's drink.

Starbucks used to be a positive experience but it seems that over time they have transitioned to a less costumer focused place to more of an entitled place where you should be glad they are making you something. It would be nice if they would go back to the happier way they used to be. I think it's a issue with growth and popularity. Phone orders always make in person ordering wait longer.

For a Starbucks at the mall, it's a pretty good one. The staff was super nice. And the coffee was great as usual.
I don't know who made my citrus mint (medicine ball ) tea but holy smokes they nailed it!!!! The best one I have had in a while. Carraway location needs to do better because south point nailed it!!!

Very nice and clean mall not too congested. The food court is kinda dark that was a draw back for me I didn't feel comfortable in a dark setting I need to see what is on my plate. Most of the stores were nice even though not many good sales were going on. I saw some young kids hanging out but security advised them to leave without a parent present that was different to see. Overall it was a good experience

i’ve normally loved this cafe! it’s so wonderful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. however today there was a younger hispanic girl working the register and she told me to scan my own items. she walked away without telling me if i was done or not. so rude and i don’t want to return again.
