“This is why I love the Starbucks on Church St. in Burlington. They are so sweet! 🩷 I come maybe once a week… I walk in the door and they say “Hey” and use my name. It’s really a unique store that remembers faces and names. ☕💕🥰 They are so kind and give great service! Kaylee (sp?) and Bryelle are amazing!!“
“Ordered ahead while on my way to an out of town appointment. Got there and my breakfast sandwich was ready, but I waited 10 minutes for my drink. By then, my sandwich was cold. Not sure what the hold up was for the drink as there were over 10 employees behind the counter, but only one poor employee making all the drinks. Perhaps the overly efficient sandwich heater person could have helped the drinks catch up to the 12+ (I counted)cooling sandwiches cooling off on the counter. Won't be returning to that location.“

“The staff is always super kind and service is fast. I’ve gone consistently and my coffee always is made right and tastes good. It’s never a good feeling to spend over $6 for a coffee that sucks but I know I don’t have to worry about that at this location“
“I came through the drive thru on my way to work one morning and was greeted by the sweetest female worker who was thorough with my order with the biggest smile. I think her name was Maddy(?) She had these super cool D&D dice earrings and she made sure my order was swift and perfect, and it was! My latte was perfect & food was hot and delicious.
Definitely going to come back more often because the amazing service was like a breath of fresh air!“
