“There are not enough words to express how I feel about this location. All of the staff members provide excellent customer service. Brionna and Indira have literally turned my whole day around more than once❤️I used to find it inconvenient to not be able to order on the app for this location but now I am so thankful because it is literally a whole vibe every time.

“I didn't have any food but this Starbucks is pretty nice to go to. I came here twice and had coffee while in town visiting family and I sat in there a while. This place greets you when you enter (they don't all do that...my kid worked at one) and order came up fast...just regular coffee for me. This place has a ton of indoor seating and lots of outdoor seating so would love to return when the weather is nice and sit outside. You can't tell outside, but you can inside that this place used to be a bank and there is a conference room you can reserve inside for meetings so that's cool. You will need a code for the john but as you order, they will give you the code also.“

“Everything was great but BEWARE THE DRIVE THROUGH POT HOLE! It'll get ya. Please don't complain to staff about it either. They can't do anything more than beg corporate. If your car *gets messed up* on the pot hole call corporate and maybe it'll get fixed when they get enough folks with good lawyers hitting them up ☺“

“I love the Pink Drink.....however, I don't like that you have a tip jar at the drive thru window. You only passed me my drink. Then if I use my card, you hold the pad out the window with a tip option. Very unprofessional ......just a thought!“

Eggs O'Henry was delicious and the Homemade Vanilla Scones were just the right amount of sweet/tart.

Partner got french toast and came out on THICK pieces of bread with a glaze (didn't get pic because she immediately started eating lol)

“Just went through the drive thru at Starbucks on 12/15 at 8 pm and Na Na was super helpful regarding my app, and the other girl at the drive through with her I think her name was Ana she said. Both of them are super sweet and when I didn’t like my drink at first, I was going to pull off and drink it until Ana saw my reaction and took initiative and asked me if I wanted my drink remade and I said yes. I was not expecting any of them to ask about my drink for it to be remade🥹, usually when I don’t like my drink I will just drink it and suck it up but I had just got off of a late shift at work and was craving Starbucks on top of that I had a really rough late shift and their kindness made my whole night better with the drink that tastes amazing and something I can enjoy. Their customer service were over the top amazing! Will definitely be coming back!“

“Love my peeps...Nadja Cal Ashley Caroline Micah Landon Mckala and a newer gentleman Brian from a closed store and Kirsten. My egg bites made to perfection and always entertain my odd coffee requests. Awesome folks and are family. We come every day. Hate hours seem to have been cut back for longtime loyal employees. Also wish Collin still here bcuz the managers haven't been great..seem to direct employees instead of in the trenches. Can't build respect like that. “This is a Starbucks inside a Target, and these are always not as good quality as standalone Starbucks.

I’ve ordered drinks here multiple times and also gotten them for my wife when she asks. She likes their pink drinks and whenever I get them she says they’re pretty good.

Overall not anything to write home about - just par for the course for these Target located Sbux.“

“Very nice employees i literally just left with my girlfriend this place is the only place that made my vanilla bean frap with the perfect viscosity it’s sooo good and my girlfriend always gets a strawberry matcha and we rarely even see other Starbucks put the strawberry purée but this location did! Now that’s how you make a strawberry matcha right, very nice employees this was the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had!“

“I usually avoid Starbucks. However, today as I was shopping in Harris Teeter, I wanted a hot drink. Anaia was working and I was so blessed by her! She was so joyful and kind! I will literally go out of my way to go there due to how pleasant she was.“

“5/7/25. Flying out very early of GSO and was very happy to see Starbucks in the terminal. They were just opening. I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The two ladies working there were nice and helpful. Coffee and the sandwich were delicious and hit the spot!“

“Not much to say because it’s just a Starbucks. The drinks are what you’d expect and the whole experience felt pretty standard. It’s one of those places that works fine when you need coffee fast and want something predictable, but it’s not really a place I’d go out of my way for.“

“I just want to shout out Chanel at the Starbucks in the Harris teeter on battleground and horsepen creek! She is simply amazing! She offers some of the best customer service out of any Starbucks I have ever been to worldwide and she makes the absolute best drinks I have ever had from any Starbucks ever. She is always so friendly, kind, outgoing and patient and has such great work ethic. She also has my order memorized now which is amazing bc my drinks are ‘complicated’ but she always makes them with a smile. I truly enjoy seeing her and drinking my coffee knowing that such love and hard work went into it. “I recently started grabbing coffee here since the grocery store has more produce choices than the store 2 doors down. Every morning that I walked in and ordered, this lady has been so polite & profesional. I really need to get her name. I forgot to grab something from the grocery store and she was starting to make my drink. This girl waited until I came back to make my drink!! Not to mentioned it was the best flat white I ever had. Hands down the best barista!“

“The staff here were simple wonderful! We had a spill on the patio and a worker popped right out and had a replacement for us and the mess cleaned up before we even realized what happened, and they were super graceful about it. Thank you for being kind on a stressful day!“

Manager called & offered complimentary drink due to errors with several orders. At most recent visit, barista knew of the issues I had & made a sincere effort to confirm the order & handled the interaction very well. I appreciate & acknowledge the turnaround!

I stop at this location every day & my order is always a mocha. I kid you not, I'm given a white mocha 8/10 times. There have even been times where they remake it and it's still a white mocha. I feel I'm being punked. This location receives a F for quality control. Mistakes happen, but the frequency of error and the lack of any follow up customer service is reason to bypass this location.“
