Brionna and Indira have literally turned my whole day around more than once❤️I used to find it inconvenient to not be able to order on the app for this location but now I am so thankful because it is literally a whole vibe every time.

“this is by far the best Starbucks in Greensboro as an advent Starbucks lover I have been to quite a few of them out here and this one is consistent. They’re friendly. The new manager is amazing. She runs a tight program, but they work well under her. They make me feel like family every time I come in I absolutely love this Location Am my drink is always perfect. I mean top-tier.“

“I didn't have any food but this Starbucks is pretty nice to go to. I came here twice and had coffee while in town visiting family and I sat in there a while. This place greets you when you enter (they don't all do that...my kid worked at one) and order came up fast...just regular coffee for me. This place has a ton of indoor seating and lots of outdoor seating so would love to return when the weather is nice and sit outside. You can't tell outside, but you can inside that this place used to be a bank and there is a conference room you can reserve inside for meetings so that's cool. You will need a code for the john but as you order, they will give you the code also.“

Eggs O'Henry was delicious and the Homemade Vanilla Scones were just the right amount of sweet/tart.

Partner got french toast and came out on THICK pieces of bread with a glaze (didn't get pic because she immediately started eating lol)

“I usually avoid Starbucks. However, today as I was shopping in Harris Teeter, I wanted a hot drink. Anaia was working and I was so blessed by her! She was so joyful and kind! I will literally go out of my way to go there due to how pleasant she was.“

“The baristas at this Starbucks are truly the best I am always welcomed in and they take care of me and make sure my coffee is always right. The food is always to top quality for Starbucks food. For the most part the atmosphere is great, the baristas make sure it is warm and welcoming, but some of the customers are loud and obnoxious.
I typically come between the hours of 5-8am. I am forced to avoid the large table with the outlets due to the crowd that gathers there. This is group of consistent customers that mostly talk about politics and what the baristas are doing behind the bar. They are LOUD! I can sit anywhere else in the cafe and hear them even with noise canceling headphones. After they leave, I try to move to that big table and I almost always find the newspaper they leave behind.
I really like this location because they have plenty of space to spread out, and the baristas are the best. The only thing that could make my experience better is if these customers can change their behaviors.“

“This is a Starbucks inside a Target, and these are always not as good quality as standalone Starbucks.

I’ve ordered drinks here multiple times and also gotten them for my wife when she asks. She likes their pink drinks and whenever I get them she says they’re pretty good.

Overall not anything to write home about - just par for the course for these Target located Sbux.“

“Went here the other day and ordered a Horchata Frap. They asked if I wanted it for there, in a glass, i said yes. Presentation was good, and it just tastes better from a glass.

Atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I thanked them for the great place as i was leaving, and the young lady i spoke to was so sweet.

“I love the Pink Drink.....however, I don't like that you have a tip jar at the drive thru window. You only passed me my drink. Then if I use my card, you hold the pad out the window with a tip option. Very unprofessional ......just a thought!“

“Very nice employees i literally just left with my girlfriend this place is the only place that made my vanilla bean frap with the perfect viscosity it’s sooo good and my girlfriend always gets a strawberry matcha and we rarely even see other Starbucks put the strawberry purée but this location did! Now that’s how you make a strawberry matcha right, very nice employees this was the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had!“

“I just want to shout out Chanel at the Starbucks in the Harris teeter on battleground and horsepen creek! She is simply amazing! She offers some of the best customer service out of any Starbucks I have ever been to worldwide and she makes the absolute best drinks I have ever had from any Starbucks ever. She is always so friendly, kind, outgoing and patient and has such great work ethic. She also has my order memorized now which is amazing bc my drinks are ‘complicated’ but she always makes them with a smile. I truly enjoy seeing her and drinking my coffee knowing that such love and hard work went into it. “Just went through the drive thru at Starbucks on 12/15 at 8 pm and Na Na was super helpful regarding my app, and the other girl at the drive through with her I think her name was Ana she said. Both of them are super sweet and when I didn’t like my drink at first, I was going to pull off and drink it until Ana saw my reaction and took initiative and asked me if I wanted my drink remade and I said yes. I was not expecting any of them to ask about my drink for it to be remade🥹, usually when I don’t like my drink I will just drink it and suck it up but I had just got off of a late shift at work and was craving Starbucks on top of that I had a really rough late shift and their kindness made my whole night better with the drink that tastes amazing and something I can enjoy. Their customer service were over the top amazing! Will definitely be coming back!“

“I recently started grabbing coffee here since the grocery store has more produce choices than the store 2 doors down. Every morning that I walked in and ordered, this lady has been so polite & profesional. I really need to get her name. I forgot to grab something from the grocery store and she was starting to make my drink. This girl waited until I came back to make my drink!! Not to mentioned it was the best flat white I ever had. “The staff here were simple wonderful! We had a spill on the patio and a worker popped right out and had a replacement for us and the mess cleaned up before we even realized what happened, and they were super graceful about it. Thank you for being kind on a stressful day!“

“I’m giving 5 stars cause I’ve never had an issue at this store and don’t go to Starbucks often except to treat myself. However also to warn other partners, y'all do not want Kristin in the window in the morning if you want to get tipped! I always tip cause I used to work there and know how much a little can add up and help in this economy! She clicked past the tip and when I asked to add a tip literal huffing and puffing and eye rolling then followed up by a fake giggly thank you laugh… mind you there was only like 4-5 cars in line behind me. I get that you probably get rude clients that don’t want to tip but some of us still care about the service industry! The partner at the window needs to be able to roll with anything.
