Freemason Grub & Pub is no exception.The signage is challenging in the dark, but the exterior green lights likely leftover from St. Patty's helped identify them. It's an adorable two story brick with wonderful character. Parking is off street or in their own small lot in the rear.My wife and I cut our arrival a bit close after 830 with a weekday closure of 9. The interior offers a cozy vibe with wood floors, exposed brick and dimly lit dining room . The bourbon bar is the centerpiece. With closing in 20 minutes the restaurant was mostly empty.Our friendly waitress Bella was on top of drink orders. I ordered an Old Fashioned utilizing Makers bourbon with a banana flavor profile. It proved to be outstanding @ $14. Bella encouraged us to try their bbq which they are known for, we ended up both getting the Cherrywood Brisket. My wife with side of Cesar and me side of cup of chili for $1 up charge. The recommendations really made the difference.Bella brought the food out within 15 minutes. Temperatures were correct. The brisket was magnificent. Tender with fat to meat ratio. The house sauce was perfect with a slight kick. The cup of chili was yum with Navy Bean and frito corn chips on top that was unusual. My wife agreed with my assessment on the brisket and her salad was fresh.We finished out splitting a butterfinger pie which was good size for the share. It proved to be mighty tasty and not a crumb was left.Our bill was brought to us in a timely fashion to close out. Since we were out of town Bella suggested a few other local places. I would recommend Freemason and who knows may return this week.Parking: Parking in rear”
“The food was delicious. I ordered Shrimp and Grits. The only reason why I give 4 stars is because there were a TON of flies. I was constantly swatting flies while I was trying to eat. This restaurant is located behind a hotel and if you have to use the restroom, you have to go in the hotel.”
“I found out about seafood destiny on instagram by accident, however, it was the best accident that could have ever happened lol. This was the first time my daughter and I had food from this restaurant, and I swear the salmon broil and the crab broil can only be describe by two words Absolutely Delicious!!!!! Keep up the good work!! We will be back :-)”

“I've now had some really good experiences with authentic Peruvian food in the past few months. The cuisine at Inka checked the boxes and was delicious! The deserts deserve a mention of their own. Nice variety and as strong as you will find in a Peruvian restaurant. The service was strong up front, then absent after the meals were dropped with no check in. This is the reason a one star was dropped and I hate that. The table shared a fried seafood appetizer which was marvelous! I had the Tauco Tauco seafood which was tasty. Portion size adequate, but a few more shrimp would have been perfect. The Pico Sour was totally yum! I was at a table of four and everyone enjoyed their meals. The desserts however were the hero with most offering authentic and made in-house. Especially enjoyed was the Chocolucama served in a jar with an impressive amount of Lucama. The house coffee was super! The bill was processed with no issue. The value was outstanding! There are a few Inka Grill's in Virginia with the original in Roanoke. A 4 star with deduction for no follow up after entrees were dropped. I would 100% return.”
“I really enjoyed my time this evening at this beautiful establishment. Tara and Alice were excellent hostesses and they both had made me feel welcomed to enjoy my first experience here. Tara even helped me take photos at the Photo Booth area while I was there and told me about the owners accomplishments so my overall experience was amazing even on a cold and rainy day. It has a sophisticated vibe and amazing R&B hits had me singing during my time there. I would highly recommend this Queen’s business any day.”

“My husband and I went to Kapadokia tonight and it was AMAZING!! I'm not too familiar with Mediterranean food, but everything we had was SO good. We shared the Kapadokia sampler platter (a lot of bang for your buck - three delicious foods in one appetizer), my husband got the chicken kebabs, and I got the Kofta (lamb & beef patties). Both of our meals came with rice, salad, pita slices, cabbage, and two dips. This place is definitely worth checking out. If we were local, I have a feeling it would be a favorite date place for us (for a more casual date)! Delicious and fresh food, EXCELLENT service, clean building, and fun ethnic music. FIVE STARS!!! ?????”
“We meet some family at the Hop's location downtown. The food was great, and the service was top-notch. Hop's restaurant was awesome, and there was a great atmosphere. The menu has a variety of options to choose from, burgers, chicken wings, and pulled pork bbq. What an awesome place to eat at in Greensboro.Parking: Parking is across the street from the restaurant, behind some other businesses and shops.Wheelchair accessibility: Hop's has a ramp into the front door. I didn't see any steps at this location. Handicap parking is near the front door.”

“I always get takeout at lunch from here and the food is good and the portions are great, especially for these times when most places are skimping on portion size!My favorite lunch specials are the shrimp pad thai, tofu and mixed vegetables and the vegetarian street noodles. They have different lunch specials everyday. The chicken noodle soup lunch special is also good and it is the same pho soup base they use in their pho soup.The chicken curry (dinner option) is very good and I suggest adding mixed vegetables. The fresh roll appetizer and shrimp roll appetizer are excellent! If you’re feeling adventurous, try the appetizer sampler platter - you can’t go wrong!I love getting their unsweetened ice tea as it’s made with the Thai iced tea mix and I can get the same flavor without all the sugar. The regular sweet tea is also made with this Thai iced tea base too!Parking can get crowded, especially at lunch so I always try to get there around when they first open. And there’s a reason it’s crowded - the food is consistent and reliably delicious. I appreciate that the menu items are not overly greasy or oily too.”

“I have to shout out the staff at this waffle House for preparing a delicious breakfast for me. I also want to thank them for their excellent service. I was given the smoothest and flavorful grits I've ever had. Not a lump in sight.. The eggs I received were scrambled with cheese the way I requested and they were also delicious. The bacon was cooked perfectly. I am just extremely impressed because I was a bit wary about ordering grits because they tend to be lumpy when I order them at different establishments. The server who greeted me when I announced that I made the online order was a very polite and accommodated my needs. I can't be more impressed by waffle House. I will definitely have to make a stop again on the way home from work. Please keep these wonderful staff members and give them a raise.”

Her outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction deserve recognition, and she exemplifies the standard of excellence McDonald’s should uphold. The recommended great options, were unbelievably kind to our young children, attentive to additional sauces, napkins etc. Rosa and Mario are the BEST!!The food was very very good! We had a classic pepperoni pizza, a kids meal (was 10/10 good enough for adults), and wings. The wings were our favorite and the pizza was as good as some I’ve had in NYC and Rome. This place is run by a true Italian family who has immigrated to the states and Greensboro is lucky to have them here!! Easily has become our families new favorite go to pizza place!”

Vignette delivered! I met the two owners, who were delightful and friendly, who gave me the inspiration for why they named their coffee shop, "Vignette." I could spoil it and tell you here, but where's the fun in that? Perhaps just go ask yourselves. (Also they made a tremendous shakerato, which, IYKYK).”

“Stopped by for lunch today, first time in. You can feel the authenticity as soon as you walk in. Not only are you greeted with excitement from the friendly staff, but you can smell the amazing Italian aromas from the hanging meats, cheeses, fresh sandwiches, plates and sides. After you peruse the market, you can tell there are a plethora of hard to find imported items you cannot get anywhere else nearby.The fresh mozzarella displayed looks amazing! It was a quick lunch so we didn’t pick it up to try, but that’s on our list next time we’re in. We shared 2 sandwiches and were hoping to eat it right then and there, but there was no seating inside or out. I know it’s a market and many people don’t mind, but for me personally, I like to have any type of sandwich, whether hot or cold, completely fresh as soon as it’s made. We live 20 minutes away so the true freshness may have been muted by the time we got to enjoy the tasty sandwiches.We shared a #4 Bruscino and a #15 Chicken Parm. The Bruscino was fantastic! It had fresh hot sopressata, hot capacolla, provolone, LTO, cherry peppers and the best house oil and vinegar. The Italian bread was fresh with that little crunch you want on the outside and a soft center. Meats and cheese were truly fresh and authentic. Oil and vinegar were outstanding. I could have used more of it. It did get soaked into the bread a bit, but that was only due to the 20min drive home before we could eat it. Fresh, this would have been a knockout sandwich. The chicken parm was great as well, chicken tender and moist. A little more cheese would have been great to give it that gooey texture as you take a bite. The sauce was great, but again some it was soaked into the bread due to the wait.I think next time we will eat our sandwiches in the car or find a place nearby to sit so we can enjoy them as fresh as possible. Just a couple tables somewhere inside or out would really benefit anyone who wants a completely fresh sandwich as soon as it’s made. Regardless, the quality of ingredients and the beautifully displayed meats, cheeses, sides and appetizers are out of this world. You can buy sauces, pastas, premade dinners, the list goes on and on. If you want truly fresh and authentic Italian, whether to eat right away or cook yourself at home, you don’t want to miss out on this place.”

While the lamb looked promising unfortunately it was chewy.The hummus and the baba ghanoush were good. Nothing mind blowing but solid.The desserts were the real standouts. I tried the walnut and pistachio baklava. Both were outstanding. Not overly sweet but both were nutty and you could see each layer.I’m hoping it was an off night and am willing to give them another shot.”

At the recommendation of another patron in the store, I also bought the Mushroon Gruyere Brioche Toast, I had it later at home with a side of bacon, eggs, and sliced tomatoes, it, too, was mouthwatering. “Out on one of my walks a few weeks ago, I noticed that Lemon had a banner indicating it was under new management. My first thought was, "told the previous owner they needed a lunch menu". I made a note to try it out later. Well I did, and I was pleasantly surprised. The first thing I tried under the new management was the "butter" paneer or paneer makhani, and the garlic naan. Amazing!! Flavors were outstanding, and there was absolutely enough for three meals, one with the garlic naan and curry, and two with the rice and curry. I've already been back a couple of times since. I'll be glad when they work out a reasonable lunch menu, because prices are a bit much to eat there for lunch consistently. If you do go there for lunch take a friend and split the cost. Hope they can navigate this current economy and stay consistent. Will definitely return.”

“I've been sitting on writing this review for awhile, probably longer than I should, but I still remember the evening pretty well and recently came across the photos that I had yet to post, so here goes nothing! But that is kind of the point, a restaurant like Marisol should leave you anxious to go home and tell others about what a great eating experience you had. In my case, while the food overall was good, I wasn't taken aback by anything, and at this price point, I feel that I should have been. Things started off really well, the server was eager to explain the restaurant and menu, and stayed very attentive throughout. Honestly, for my taste, overly attentive. But it's not a big place, and also wasn't very busy, so it makes sense he would have stayed vigilant with us. After ordering drinks, we received a small starter of goat cheese on crostini with some bruschetta, a nice way to kick things off. Then, one of the highlights, the basket of incredible breads was presented to us. If he had left the basket at the table, we probably would have run through it all, but we did have a few pieces with butter, that were beyond excellent. The appetizer course was fantastic. Flash fried buttermilk shrimp, house made gravlax, tomato pie, cavatelli, and a duck special. The tomato pie, I honestly wish i could have ordered a larger slice for my entrée, because I could eat that every day. The gravlax was kind of like eating lox, and I dug the texture with the crispy bread and shmear. The shrimp were plump, but given the price, nothing about them set them apart from fried shrimp elsewhere. The duck.. I said earlier about the tomato pie, maybe just give me the duck and tomato pie for an entrée, I would have been happy. For my main, i got the blackened NC mountain trout, and like others at my table, this is where the meal started to fall flat. The trout just didn't set itself apart in any way, other than the fish being clearly fresh. The blackening didn't add much flavor, nor did the sauce that it came with. For this being the supposed centerpiece of our experience, it was disappointing. I found myself wishing I got the duck breast that someone else had. For dessert, we shared the vanilla bean creme brulee and the bread pudding. The crème brûlée was well executed, which is no ordinary feat, so big props for that. The bread pudding however was the total opposite. I have never really encountered dry bread pudding before, but this was it. Even though it was covered in chocolate sauce (would have just liked a dish of that) and ice cream, still somehow dry to the bone. I was surprised the waiter didn't ask about it, given it was barely touched by all of us, and he had been so attentive to everything else. In the end, for the money, I don't know that I would return. As I said earlier, at this price point, it kind of needs to be great from top to bottom. Some of it was, but the most important part was kind of pedestrian. I could definitely see myself coming back for drinks and apps though!”

“I have been getting food at this restaraunt for almost 20 years. I moved to the Lake Norman area about 7 years ago, but I still stop by to get food anytime I am in the area to visit family. Their greek salad is exceptional. Pizza is wonderful. Their steak and cheese is my favorite out of all the ones I have eaten. I love their homemade chips.Kid-friendliness: They do not neccessarily have kid meals, but my kids love their pizza and steak and cheese subs. I can split a small steak and cheese sub between 4 small kids.”

The decor is simple and functional. Inside dining space was fairly limited and our intentions to dine in quickly changed when we had to wait about 10 minutes to have our order taken, then another 30 minutes to receive our dinner. Fried Whiting was tasty, hush puppies were good though not plentiful. Make sure you order the dinner instead of baskets so as not to miss out on sides. Limited side options and please keep the drink machine refilled! There is good potential at this establishment if they can achieve faster turnaround. Nice concept.Parking: Parking was a bit tight. It could be a bigger issue with a very large crowd (such as GHOE?) particularly if other businesses in that shopping strip are open at the same time.”
“I heard of Los Koras is a great restaurant, boy was I surprised. It was surprisingly great. The place was full on a Saturday afternoon. The Menu is very creative. They do have a large menu, so it was difficult to decide what to order. I ordered Ostiones preparados. It's oysters with shrimp ceviche on top; It was delicious. Also, I tried the Tostadas de mariscos, and it's another must try here. Th octopus was tender and tasty. I definitely will stop by next time I'm in the area.”

“My family and I visited this location for the first time with two toddlers. They had a very fun time with the different games. We stayed for about two hours and arrived at about 1130am. The staff was very kind, helpful and engaged. The facilities itself was clean and free of smells which was very important to us. The restroom was clean as well. We ordered some food and was able to find seating without issues also. I would definitely be back to visit.”

They make everything fresh and uses the freshest quality ingredients. I made a stop on the way to the airport to take away food. It’s so wonderfully good. The cooks truly care about their creation and it shows. There aren’t much ambience, but it’s very clean and comfortable. I can’t recommend highly enough as Lao/Thai person.”

We shared the Kapadokia sampler platter (a lot of bang for your buck - three delicious foods in one appetizer), my husband got the chicken kebabs, and I got the Kofta (lamb & beef patties). Both of our meals came with rice, salad, pita slices, cabbage, and two dips. This place is definitely worth checking out. Ordering online was a breeze. I got the medium bowl but the helpings are huge. Whenever i come to greensboro and i am in the mood for sushi, this will be where i go!! They are not opened on Tuesday, which i found out while in Greensboro, and was sad but i will make my appointments for any day but Tuesdays from now on. That is how good this place is!”

The couches are comfortable and really great for sitting with friends or meeting strangers like we did last night. The drinks were great, I ordered the French 75 and it was delicious. I wish they had more cocktail options on their menu although I'm sure there bartenders can make anything. The staff there is quick, friendly and fast at bringing your drinks.
