“Our 1st time trying this place while visiting Greensboro! The food was great, it did look a lil burnt at first, but was actually cooked to perfection! The plantains & sweet potato fries were not greasy at all. The chicken was seasoned just right & meat fell right off the bone. The only reason that I didn't give a 5 star was because the employees at the time of my visit were rude. They didn't greet customers, the cashier cut me off in the middle of ordering & the lady serving the food after ordering seemed miserable. A smile or a hello can go a long way. 😒”

“By far the best location of this restaurant. I had ordered an online order at the one in winston salem and when I got there the store was closed. I wasn’t sure why it was closed, so many other people were outside wondering the same thing. I called the Greensboro location and the manager Alex was super nice and accommodating. He made my order for me there and had it ready when I came in. Winston Salem always has some sort of issues but never Greensboro. Thank you again Alex!”

My husband knew what I had a taste for. He called and the call was answered. 🙌🏽 The squash casserole is perfection and the chicken and mushroom is an added bonus. 💥.The squash is Not oily nor mushy. We need a whole pan. 😊 The casserole is purrrrrfectly seasoned. 12 out of 10 ~ The only thing that is needed is a 🍴 fork. New customer here. Definitely recommended if your looking for a great squash casserole.”

“We just had such a wonderful experience at Waffle House! 10 New Yorkers who are stranded here in the snow showed up at once, ordered tons of food, and were met with the warmest smiles and hospitality, plus quickly delivered, absolutely delicious, reasonably priced food! The smothered hash browns and the waffles with various fillings and toppings will always be part of our sweet memory of a snowy swim meet weekend trip in January of 2022!”

“I stopped by the hospital location and had a great experience at Panera Bread. Compared to the previous tenant, which I believe was a Subway with more limited hours, this is a huge improvement. There were several times I needed food late, only to find the previous restaurant closed. Having Panera open 24 hours is a tremendous benefit for hospital staff, patients, visitors, and families.
The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere was nice, quiet, and relaxing. There's plenty of floor space, so it never felt crowded.
The menu offers a wide variety of choices, making it easy to find something for almost everyone. Ordering was simple with four or more self-service kiosks, along with the option to order in person. I also appreciated that they accommodated my request to add mayonnaise to my grilled cheese without any hesitation.
One feature I especially liked was the digital order status board, which displays your guest number or MyPanera name when your order is ready. It makes pickup quick, organized, and easy.
Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and well-organized Panera Bread that's perfect for hospital visitors, staff, patients, or anyone looking for a quiet place to enjoy a meal.
I'm genuinely surprised by the low overall rating here. Based on my visit, the cleanliness, convenience, atmosphere, and service all exceeded my expectations. I didn’t realize I was a MyPanera member & saved $2 on the meal I picked up for a friend staying at the hospital & the particular meal served was not to my friend’s liking… luckily it was open 24 hours and there was several things to consider to eat.”

“I love Caribou! I never went to any coffee shops before moving to the United States and I was brought to Caribou 16 years ago and love it ever since. I really love the coolers and am not ashamed to order an XL Chocolate Coffee Cooler with Caribou's delicious whip cream and chocolate drizzle. To me the whip is as important as the beverage itself. Competitor's whip is something to be improved on but Caribou's is excellent the way it is and always was.
Update: looks like we have a new Caribou enthusiast 🐶 love the pup cups ❤”

“Our waiter was rubbing some girls' hair and scalp for 3-4 minutes before coming to serve us. two of our party of 5 were there for lunch. the waiter did not wash his hands and we were disgusted. we did not say anything as I decided to make a written comment at home. He also did not write down our orders saying he had been doing this a long time and didn't need to write down the orders. My friend and I were not happy about him rubbing the friend's hair and scalp in front of customers. thank you”
