Burger King in Greensboro

“All I can say is WOW! This is the cleanest, nicest Burger King in Greensboro. ??? And the service was great, staff was amazing. You guys are the model of all BKs period. I have worked for this company when I was younger and now in my 50's I have graduated to reviewing them. Shari, my lady you should be training every new hire on that front end because your detail to service can't be beat.?❤️ This is hands down my favorite BK and there is one closer to me. Keep doing what you do. People don't just buy the steak they buy the sizzle. You can't just go anywhere and get the experience we got there. Thanks guys you all deserve the crown ?? ??? on this one. Five of them! My brother and I enjoyed the food and the service. YOU GUYS ARE THAT VIBE!!! ???

“The people who work here are so very nice. My Popaws food got stolen and they went over and beyond and replaced the food and was so kind about it. I very much appreciate them taking care of the order that was stolen. Will definitely be coming here again“

“As far as Burger Kings go, this one was pretty good. Employees were polite and took our order quickly while still prioritizing the orders in front of us, even repeated everything back to us to make sure it was right.. Overall pretty clean and our order was correct; no mistakes, everything was warm. My family and I have been to much less impressive locations. These guys are cool, I only give atmosphere 4 and not 5 because I am personally not generally comfortable dining in fast food establishments, but that's just me.“

“My daughter and I were here for an AAU basketball tournament, so we stopped by a different Burger King and received overly cooked French toast. Luckily, we went to this Burger King on West Market Street and they gave us some nicely cooked golden French Toast and had amazing customer service!! Pictures for comparison, included. To Corlissa (sp) and the ladies that worked the morning shift on Sunday, July 26th, thank you! You all had great energy/customer service, and made sure you gave us properly cooked food!“

“I went to this location around 2 this afternoon and all 3 of the young ladies I encountered were so friendly. The food was great and fresh, but the service I received was exceptional. It felt refreshing to be on the receiving end of great customer service. Fast food workers have a stigma of being unfriendly and rude, but that was not the case today. I appreciated the smiles and good vibes from everyone at this location!“

“Could be faster with the service, but it could be MUCH MUCH worse, so I'm not complaining.

Fries didn't have salt, but very few BK locations salt their fries nowadays.

Food was fresh and absolutely delicious, so kudos to the cooks!

The staff were professional, and the young lady at the front desk was kind and courteous.

Overall, this place and the workers in it just needs some Love and Grace. There's room for improvement of course, but I am satisfied. 3.5/5 stars.“
