“First and foremost I just want to say that I was very pleased with this location today. I came here around 215pm in the drive thru. Placed my order and then everything was a stand still. One employee came outside to let everyone know that they are sorry about the hold up but there were some ignorant people refusing more, so everyone went inside to get our orders. As we approached inside you could hear and see the young lady at the window trying her best to get them to move. Not sure if she was the manager, I believe she was because she was talking to the police when they finally arrived, the young lady handle the whole situation amazing. I want to command her for not losing her cool, with the way the couple was talking to her, especially when they came inside and threatened her. The couple was very belligerent and acting ridiculous, but still the young lady I didn't get her name handled it very professionally and through it all everyone was still maintaining the customers and trying their hardest to serve us. People just need to really stop and think, Do they want people to come to their place of business and disrespect them for no reason?? These people handle your food, you are never suppose to mess with people that handle your food. Through it all I was very pleased with how everything was handled and that young lady most definitely need to stay around. Very polite young lady.“
“Initially, I was dissatisfied with my experience for multiple reasons, so I did a survey to give my feedback. Upon completing the feedback about a week later, I received a phone call from the general manager, Michelle, (she even left a VM when I couldn’t answer) to discuss the experience. She was extremely polite and went above and beyond to rectify the issues although they were minor. I’m going to continue supporting a business that clearly cares about customers and their experiences - and that is something you don’t find much in Greensboro!“
“I haven’t seen good customer service from BK in a long time. The workers tonight was friendly and got orders out fast. The impossible burger I had was fresh and hot. Didn’t expect that today, definitely my new go to spot if it stays consistent.“

“My food was good. But I believe it is very, very important to have the best customer service as possible. Great servicing is the core of a business and it is that experience that bring customers back.I returned to this Burger King and I must say.......Great job!! Hiring manager!! “I’ve been going here for lunch at least once a week for about 2 months now and there is a reason for that. Most burger kings I don’t waste my time going to anymore because the wait is too long or the food is never what I ordered or not fresh. Out of the dozen times or more I have been here I choose this place over every other fast food within 5 miles of here. They always get my order right and quick enough for me to get back to work when I only get 30 minutes for lunch break. Very impressed with the service so far. And the food is great too.“
“Great service and good here. I come here at least 1-2 times a month because I work not too far from it. The manager there I think her name is Andreka or Andrea was so helpful and polite. Best manager at a fast food restaurant I’ve met. Great job at this location.P.S. I would post my food, but it be so hot and good I forget lol“
