Burger King in Durham

“This is how a BK should be! Super friendly staff, exceptionally clean, delicious, hot food, and it looks like on the commercials! Coming from Wilmington where NO ONE goes to either BK because they're awful, this was a breath of fresh air! Best fast food fries I've ever had! Yes, even better than the ones served by the Clown! Place was darn near spotless inside with a guy mopping everywhere, not just in the easy to see areas. Cashier smiling constantly and alternating from speaking English to Spanish and back without missing a beat. Extremely friendly and got my order fast! We dined in and he even asked if everything was ok as we were leaving. That's service you rarely see anymore!
We will definitely be coming back here when we return to Durham as it made me remember his much I used to love BK before the ones in Wilmington turned to trash!“

“This is a fine Burger King and I had just gone through a bad experience on the road resulting in damage to my car. I needed comfort food and this location did not disappoint. The people were nice and the food was exactly what I expected which is pleasing and above average. I sure needed a cheer-up right then, so good job BK! You helped me out 😊.“

“I wanted to acknowledge the amazing service me and my wife received on Wednesday June 24th . This visit makes the best one of them all. There was an amazing lady who took our order with a big beautiful smile. I believe her name was Hailey and she is a fairly new member of the team . She didn't make us feel rushed or as if it was an inconvenience to ring in all 6 meals we got. I say this Burger King has made an amazing decision by adding this lady and we will most definitely be back very soon and I hope she is working. Food was amazing also. Wish we could give 10 stars 😊“

“The amazing lady that works the drive-thru named Aquarius is absolutely AMAZING! Let me tell you, home girl customer service skills are absolutely TOP TIER, she always has a smile on her face, friendly and no matter how many cars are n that drive thru she’s always friendly, smiling, happy and gonna try to upscale u a frosty, cookie, pie or something lol 😂……long story short, basically, Good customer service is so hard to find and I always try to acknowledge it when I see it……and like I said, her people skills are amazing and I hope she’s getting the recognition she deserves while working there……Aquarius! “Went through the drive through last night, ordered a double whopper large combo with onion rings, after getting to the window I asked for no tomatoes and the manager Jeanette happily obliged and had them removed, I do believe she had a whole new sandwich made because I mentioned an allergy. The whopper was nice and hot but not burning hot, the diet Dr Pepper was ice cold and full to the top. It's always great to see someone who enjoys their job... ps my kids loved the crowns thank you see you again real soon“

“The only thing I didn't like was how early they close the dining room. I was still eating and felt rushed.

I think it was the manager who took my order. He was polite and I felt like he cared about my business. He even got me a refill in the drive-thru because the drink machine in the dining room had already been broken down.

My order was accurate and the food was good. I could have used more napkins, but I understand they can't afford to assume everyone is going to automatically need extra.“

“I am very satisfied with my visit to this establishment, especially with the crew, specifically with a kind and generous woman named Rosetta. She and the rest of the crew made sure that all orders were correct and not missing any items, despite there being many customers there. The crew worked very efficiently and not one of them were just sitting around, all of the crew was working hard.“
