Burger King in Durham

“This is how a BK should be! Super friendly staff, exceptionally clean, delicious, hot food, and it looks like on the commercials! Coming from Wilmington where NO ONE goes to either BK because they're awful, this was a breath of fresh air! Best fast food fries I've ever had! Yes, even better than the ones served by the Clown! Place was darn near spotless inside with a guy mopping everywhere, not just in the easy to see areas. Cashier smiling constantly and alternating from speaking English to Spanish and back without missing a beat. Extremely friendly and got my order fast! We dined in and he even asked if everything was ok as we were leaving. That's service you rarely see anymore!
We will definitely be coming back here when we return to Durham as it made me remember his much I used to love BK before the ones in Wilmington turned to trash!“

“Whoever the staff were tonight on 1-26-26 at 7pm, they were ON POINT. Super courteous and kind while delivering excellent service and great food. Not to mention this is during a day of pretty rough road conditions from the winter storm. These people gave me the best experience at a Burger King since I was kid. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate it!“

“Hello my name is Ricardo I got my food today a full meal a bacon king and a triple whopper and a kids meal for my child multiple sizes I believe the gentleman who gave me my order name was Erik it was around 4:50 and 5:00 everybody was very kind meaning those who took my payment and gave me my order the food was fresh my child enjoyed his food as well as the strawberry shake which I believe is a new food item so I don’t know if I have the item name correct but nonetheless both the staff and food where outstanding thank you Burger King for keeping your standards till this date both from me and my family ❤️“

“Went through the drive through last night, ordered a double whopper large combo with onion rings, after getting to the window I asked for no tomatoes and the manager Jeanette happily obliged and had them removed, I do believe she had a whole new sandwich made because I mentioned an allergy. The whopper was nice and hot but not burning hot, the diet Dr Pepper was ice cold and full to the top. It's always great to see someone who enjoys their job... ps my kids loved the crowns thank you see you again real soon“

“This is a fine Burger King and I had just gone through a bad experience on the road resulting in damage to my car. I needed comfort food and this location did not disappoint. The people were nice and the food was exactly what I expected which is pleasing and above average. I sure needed a cheer-up right then, so good job BK! You helped me out 😊.“

“The only thing I didn't like was how early they close the dining room. I was still eating and felt rushed.

I think it was the manager who took my order. He was polite and I felt like he cared about my business. He even got me a refill in the drive-thru because the drink machine in the dining room had already been broken down.

My order was accurate and the food was good. I could have used more napkins, but I understand they can't afford to assume everyone is going to automatically need extra.“

“Had the pleasure of being serviced by the sweetest girl ever. She reassured that my food would be fresh, hot, and delicious. Kiarra has one of the best, toned speaking voices; Not to mention her smile greeted me at the window and she offered me a crown. Her kindness alone is why they’ll see me again. We need more kind people like her. Give that young lady a raise .

The young guy Mesiah was very sweet as well .
