Burger King in Durham

“This is how a BK should be! Super friendly staff, exceptionally clean, delicious, hot food, and it looks like on the commercials! Coming from Wilmington where NO ONE goes to either BK because they're awful, this was a breath of fresh air! Best fast food fries I've ever had! Yes, even better than the ones served by the Clown! Place was darn near spotless inside with a guy mopping everywhere, not just in the easy to see areas. Cashier smiling constantly and alternating from speaking English to Spanish and back without missing a beat. Extremely friendly and got my order fast! We dined in and he even asked if everything was ok as we were leaving. That's service you rarely see anymore!
We will definitely be coming back here when we return to Durham as it made me remember his much I used to love BK before the ones in Wilmington turned to trash!“

“The amazing lady that works the drive-thru named Aquarius is absolutely AMAZING! Let me tell you, home girl customer service skills are absolutely TOP TIER, she always has a smile on her face, friendly and no matter how many cars are n that drive thru she’s always friendly, smiling, happy and gonna try to upscale u a frosty, cookie, pie or something lol 😂……long story short, basically, Good customer service is so hard to find and I always try to acknowledge it when I see it……and like I said, her people skills are amazing and I hope she’s getting the recognition she deserves while working there……Aquarius! “Stopped on into the drive-thru and use some of our wonderful coupons that we used to get in the mail. Haven't gotten any lately but would love to keep getting those and put them to work! Anyhow, we got our promo meal deal and went along our way. Both of the gentlemen working tonight we're so amazing and polite. They each offered us a crown at the first and second window. Our orders came out exactly as we wanted even with modifications and tasted delicious. I didn't go in but from the looks from the window it looked very clean and inviting. It was not busy and looked like a safe area. I a hundred times would go to this location again. Not because the food because the whoppers were not the tastiest I have had but because of the customers service. I believe the two gentlemen's names working were Caleb and eric. Shout out to Burger King for having such great employees!“

“Went through the drive through last night, ordered a double whopper large combo with onion rings, after getting to the window I asked for no tomatoes and the manager Jeanette happily obliged and had them removed, I do believe she had a whole new sandwich made because I mentioned an allergy. The whopper was nice and hot but not burning hot, the diet Dr Pepper was ice cold and full to the top. It's always great to see someone who enjoys their job... ps my kids loved the crowns thank you see you again real soon“

“Absolutely the best food I’ve ever gotten from a Burger King like fries were Fresh the burger was fresh. The people were so polite especially Christian and I did not get the gentleman’s name who handed me my food but definitely. He made sure that I got extra ketchup or any other condiments that I needed by far. I will drive hours to come to this Burger King before I think about going to another Burger King greatest food and experience I’ve ever had at Burger King“

“I am very satisfied with my visit to this establishment, especially with the crew, specifically with a kind and generous woman named Rosetta. She and the rest of the crew made sure that all orders were correct and not missing any items, despite there being many customers there. The crew worked very efficiently and not one of them were just sitting around, all of the crew was working hard.“

“The only thing I didn't like was how early they close the dining room. I was still eating and felt rushed.

I think it was the manager who took my order. He was polite and I felt like he cared about my business. He even got me a refill in the drive-thru because the drink machine in the dining room had already been broken down.

My order was accurate and the food was good. I could have used more napkins, but I understand they can't afford to assume everyone is going to automatically need extra.“
