Burger King in Raleigh

“I do love me some Burger King, I do know not all of them are made or ran the same. However this one has by far been my new favorite of the few I come across. The food is always hot (which sadly is not a constant with most FF spots), and my orders have probably been wrong like once. Honestly, the fact I have gone here probably 2-3 days a week for the past year and a half makes me feel crazy. I always run into problems with FF spots on the regular and yet this BK seems to be different.

Oh and the staff. I love them. Everyone of them is soo freaking sweet to me. I do know me being a regular does affect that but they all seem to care in trying to do a decent job.

I cant remember all their names, (EDIT: Another one is Liz, she's amazing) but Ashley is one that does go above and beyond for me. Once she knows its me over the speaker she immediately makes sure for me to use my mobile app to get points for what I order and always looks out for me.

This is getting long but I will end with this. Im not blind to some of their shortcomings, biggest being time waiting for ur food. There are some days it takes quite awhile (around night time) but thats mainly because they're short staff more times than not and honestly I dont know how u rank something like that in a review but it is worth pointing out nonetheless.

At the end of the day, obviously everyone's experience can be different and while most if not all of mine happen to be amazing, it truly seems like they all care and its worth experiencing yourself.“

“This is the best Burger King in the Raleigh/Cary/North Hills area. I tend to go a little before the lunch rush, so sometimes the service is slow because shifts are changing, so I'm giving the service 5 stars because it's fast even then. Everyone is quite busy but staff always says hello and lets you know they see you no matter what. And I will cry the day they take the bacon double off the menu.“

“I always pick up orders here at the Burger King Creedmoor Rd. I saw the Hispanic women with their daughter. I was waiting for my order and I saw when the daughter and the woman had a terrible attitude towards the young man. I saw that he served them the same food twice because they kept complaining.“

“Came to drive through this morning , nice staff the crossiant breakfast sandwich was fresh and good the new candied bacon. Vanilla ice coffee. Everything was super good and I usually stop elsewhere for quick breakfast but for $7 I was shocked how good my breakfast was. And lady was very nice at window“

“The reason I always give them 5 stars. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The restaurant is clean as a whole. The staff are pleasant. And the double whopper with cheese, fries no salt, I use pepper, need to try it! Chocolate shake of course. Don't forget to dip the fries into your shake! You'll be amazed. Would definitely recommend it to others. And you get what you pay for.“

“I come here pretty often but today was different!!!! The cashier Zee recognized me from her last job upon entry right away!!! Im super happy for my favorite bk to have the best attendant!! Zee is super friendly and also a rockstar!!!! Yaaaaay!!!“

“Friday night drive through nice staff food was hot and fresh only I burned roof my mouth on the og chicken sandwich:( it was a bit too hot and the juice from the chicken was so hot when I bit into it squirt in my mouth and burn my mouth but it was hot and fresh everything tasted good“

“Burger King is beating McDonald's in the fast food wars IMHO. Eveytime I go to McDonald's its always the same scrappy, crappy food! Whereas Burger Kings new revamp has everything on point! I've been 3 times since the new changes and every time the fries are sooooo good! Way better than McD's. And the burgers are crazy good too! We got one and went back around for another in the same visit. Not to mention way better side options than McDonald's. Please keep this up BK!“
