“I visited this CFA today and when leaving, my car wouldn’t crank. Several employees came to my rescue, finding jumper cables and blocking off the lane beside of me so an employee could pull beside me to hook up the cables. They made several attempts to get it cranked. One manager even offered me a milkshake as it was extremely hot outside! The customer service at this location is truly “second to none”! THANK YOU for your kindness and outstanding customer service.“

“My wife and I had a craving for burgers to go with chili on them. I ordered one regular burger Cook Out style and one regular burger tray with fries and onion rings. The fries and onion rings were good. The burgers were really good. The banana pudding shake was one of the most amazing desserts ever, which we shared nicely. “The team at this location is the best by far every time I've visited. Even when I've ordered thru DoorDash the food has always been fresh and correct every time. All the staff are polite and seem to really enjoy what they are doing. Even when it's really busy they are efficient but also keep a smile on their faces. I will go out of my way to get food from this location even if I'm closer to another store.“

“One of the best Shawarmas in Raleigh. It is a food truck but man... so much better and authentic than some restaurants! Limited menu but whatever they sell is delicious. Falafel wrap, beef/chicken shawarma everything is so good! One in photo is a chicken shawarma. And the owner is also very friendly and sweet!! Hopefully they will expand their menu to more items.“

“I went there today and sat in the drive thru for a while because it was right at lunch time. I was on my lunch break. When I got to the window I realized I forgot my wallet. Instead of saying sorry we can’t give you this, the lady at the window was so nice and said she would talk to the manager. She came back, handed me the food, and said merry Christmas! I didn’t mention I’m 3 months pregnant but I really appreciate what they did!!“

“Update: We don't go thru drive thru anymore (lesson learned below). Instead, we order delivery thru the app and for whatever reason, it arrives fine. Not melted everywhere. I don't know why drive thru is such a challenge. One of those unsolved mysteries. But yeah, either eat in store or order delivery. Just don't do drive thru.

New level of stupid unlocked. Ice cream everywhere thanks to the teen worker in the drive thru. I can't even explain why they thought putting a lid that didn't fit was even worth the effort. I don't really know what to think. Good luck to the manager who has to deal with them.“

“What a great lunch experience we had today at MOD Pizza at the corner of Millbrook and Creedmoor. The pizza was so hot and the ingredients were so fresh. Loved the crispy thin crust and being able to select the ingredients on my pizza was perfect. Loved the crushed ice. The restaurant was clean, the manager was friendly and the employees were all working hard to make sure we had great food and great service. Price was good for the size and type of pizza offered. “I just learned what a pupusa is and it's delicious! I got the cheese, bean, and pork which were recommended. The asada tacos are also good.Call if it says closed, they weren't closed tonight but Google said it was. Be aware that it's a food truck, so take your food home.“

“Always quick, they keep the place well staffed. Almost every time the food is fresh and hot (very few exceptions). The fries are salty as hell, but I'm fine with that. I've never waited in the drive thru more than 5-6 minutes, although I've never been during lunch on a weekday.“

“I ran over on my lunch break had no idea they were even at this location until a friend told me a few week ago. I've only been work across the way from them for 3 years. The first time I ever visited Shake Shack was in Chicago on vacation and not even home in NC. Can you believe that. Anywho the staff is awesome I spoke with two guys and I felt like we had been friends forever. Everyone in the establishment was working.

I ended up going back the same night when I got off to get my 19 yo food it was that good and I wanted him to try it. He was happy about that and his cookie and cream shake. He said it was the real deal.

Please consider opening in Youngsville. Hell I'll even take Wake Forest. The orange cream float and avocado burger was delicious.
