Update: We don't go thru drive thru anymore (lesson learned below). Instead, we order delivery thru the app and for whatever reason, it arrives fine. Not melted everywhere. I don't know why drive thru is such a challenge. One of those unsolved mysteries. But yeah, either eat in store or order delivery. Just don't do drive thru.
