“Food was great. Service was not that good. We walked in and it took a few minutes before anyone came to greet us. There was a single table sat downstairs but I saw a few employees around who could have acknowledged us. The bartender saw us and one other person waiting but didn’t acknowledge us or let us know someone would be helping in a minute.
Our server took about 5 min to get to us after we sat, didn’t introduce himself or even mention he was our server. Just poured our water glasses and asked how we are and walked away. Took another 10 minutes for him to come back to take our order. We ordered two appetizers, one of which came within a reasonable time but never the second one. I had to ask about the second one which we got basically once we finished the first appetizer. I also ordered a draught beer the same time we placed our orders, which I had to ask about again after 10 minutes waiting for it and got it halfway through our first appetizer. We got our main meals at a reasonable time, and when he first brought it I asked for a side of sauce. That took another 5+ minutes to get while I ate most of my main course by the time I got it. From there the server never checked back on how we were doing.

“What an incredible dinning experience. The decor is beautiful. Love the dark green velvet booths, very roomy. We had 6 at our table and had plenty of room. Drinks were very tasty, loved how each came in a different glass. We ordered an assortment of small plates, naan, and large plates. Everything was out of this world. I highly recommend. Make sure to make a reservation as they only have 15 tables and only 2 seatings per night.”

We think our servers name was Ronnie (African American). Very pleasant, attentive and efficient. The food was very good but his top notch service increased the value 10 fold!!!!! He is an asset to your team and would hope in some way he is recognized for his outstanding customer service.”

“If I could give y’all a hundred stars I would! We had about 30 people coming together for my birthday. I had been in communication with a different restaurant (Cowfish) for over a month preparing because 30 people at a restaurant is NOT a small feat! They decided to give me a hard time the night of and were not really willing to accommodate us. We decided to find another restaurant. I immediately knew that NO ONE was going to be able to accommodate 30 people on a Saturday Evening but I was wrong! BONEFISH to the rescue! Before we even got across the street the tables were pushed together and prepped with menus water and silverware! Not only that even with a party of our size everything was executed perfectly! The food was delicious, we had a great time, the managers were friendly, and our server was the GREATEST (especially to be new to serving large parties.) I even loved my little art work on my to go box! We love intentionality! Shout out to Rasheive! All in all it was a 10/10 night, with 10/10 people in a 10/10 restaurant! Definitely coming back. ❤️”

The whole experience from getting in the door greeting, drinks order ,food, service was awesome. I had the steak and red skin potatoes and just right zucchini and squash. Oh my goodness the squash was cooked just right I asked Nianna if she could insure that vegetables were cooked done but not mushy she insured the cook had done them just like I liked them they were on the money. “Sarge's sauce made my shrimp and grits easier and more flavorful than my usual recipe. I simply sauteed chopped onion, bell pepper and garlic, added Sarge's sauce and chicken broth, and then added the sauted shrimp. I plated it by putting it on top of my cooked grits and then topping it with a bit of chopped tomato. Yum!”

It’s kept so clean and It was nice to see the workers getting along and working like a well oiled machine. “It was super busy when our softball games were delayed due to rain. We headed to Waffle House for breakfast. We were greeted, seated, and well fed by the most pleasant server we encountered during our week in NC. I really meant to save our server’s name just to write a positive review on her behalf. The fact that I was so inspired is a testament to our experience with her. She was great! I hope her managers see this and recognize her. We were there around 9 am on 5/18/24 and we were seated at the counter.

“I entered with a lowered expectation mind-set (this is key). My order was placed via the mobile app and I choose the table service option as I was feeling extra fancy today. The app recognized when I arrived and asked me to enter the table number. I was fully expecting to wait several minutes or have to go ask for my food, but low and behold, a sweet woman delivered our food to the table AND the order was correct. What is going on, am I dreaming? No, I'm at the Triangle Town McD's, where everything is perfect. There weren't even crumbs on the table and therefore I felt obligated to clean up after myself. Well done!

The servers are knowledgeable about the menu and go the extra mile to ensure a welcoming experience. Whether dining with friends or adults, everyone can find something appetizing on the menu. Here is what we order on our most recent visit: Karage Wings $12 Pork Belly Buns (2) $9 Kids Miso Ramen with Chicken and Eggs Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl $12 The food was delicious overall, and I particularly enjoyed the wings and the pork belly bun. A tip to keep in mind: it's best to finish the wings while you're at the restaurant. If you have any leftovers and take them home, they don't reheat well.”

“We were walking along the road (quite far from our house by the way) and we were dying of hunger! We found this place on Google and it was very well rated (hence the importance of the reviews) and we went immediately and before fainting from hunger!!
The place is quite spacious, very clean, very well decorated, good music, even the bathroom is decorated.
We ordered some roast beef cakes..... DELICIOUS! They are a pretty good size, I ordered a very delicious hibiscus water, a little sweet, but very good. Maybe they just needed a little more dessert options because they only sell churros and I don't like churros.
The only thing that wasn't as wonderful as the food is that ALL of the staff had ZERO friendly faces.
In general terms the experience was very good!!!”

It's inside a mini shopping center in a neighborhood so it's very unassuming. The decor inside was very cute and the lady at the counter was very helpful! I stopped in around 8:30 pm and I was still able to get food. I got the gyoza and the karaage. Some of the best that I've ever had! Very crispy and the sauce was good. The chicken I got was good too, it was just super hot to eat lol. The boba is small, but it is inexpensive so I'm not too concerned with that. But if you're someone who's very thirsty you'll probably have to get two lol!”
