“We LOVED this place!! Having traveled to Peru and knowing we loved the food while we were there, we were curious to see if this would hold up to our fond memories. Not only was the food delicious and comforting, the staff were extremely warm, fun and friendly! We had the Aji de Galina which is like the kind of soothing, yummy comfort food you long for after a hard week! We also had the Bistec del Pobre which blew my husband's mind. The steak was perfectly cooked, the chimichurri sauce was incredibly flavorful without being overpowering and the rice and bean concoction it comes with was divine! We're happy to have this restaurant downtown and look forward to it being one of our frequents!“

“Ordered from DoorDash, I was a little wary of the food's freshness because it arrived so fast, under 20 minutes.

But all was well, because the food was delicious, the rotisserie chicken was flavorful, and the green sauce on the rice & beans hit the spot. Portions were of a decent size for the price you're paying.“

“I absolutely love this place. And when you go in everything is always perfect. The only issue we've ever had is that their phone is apparently always on silent or they're just ignoring it. I've called three times to place an order because I was driving and could not order online and we wanted to pick it up on the way home, each time we ended up just getting regular fast food because they didn't answer the phone. I tried calling today to ask about something that we may have left at the restaurant and every time we do it just rings for about 5 minutes and then hangs up. So now I have to spend the gas to go up there in person, even though we're not 100% sure the missing item is there. The one thing that would really make a big difference in their sales and customer satisfaction would be if they answered the phone or just simply had a voicemail box. They do have a phone number listed and on the website it has the option to order over the phone, but they will not answer.
Other than that, the food, the vibes, and the people are really great.“

“Visiting from out of town, my husband and I were ready for lunch. I searched “food near me”, and this restaurant was only .2 miles away. We had no experience with Peruvian food, and looked forward to a new adventure. We have no regrets. This place is amazing! We both ordered the Lomo Saltado Salvaje, beef, served with a perfectly cooked egg and delicious plantains. The stir fried tomatoes and onions tasted fresh, and the beef was sublime. The portions were huge, and we could have easily shared a plate. We washed everything down with passion fruit juice, and took a delicious dessert to go. We will make this restaurant a destination, and will drive two hours to eat here. DELICIOUS!!!“

“Tried Lucky Chicken (Peruvian spot) and it definitely delivered. I had the fried fish and it was excellent—crispy on the outside, flavorful, and cooked just right. It came with a fresh side salad and a good portion of rice. I asked for extra red onions and they hooked it up, which made the plate even better.
The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Prices felt fair for the quality and portion size.
