Inka Grill Peruvian Cuisine is a restaurant that offers traditional Peruvian dishes with great flavor and good value. Customers often enjoy dishes like Saltado de Pollo, Arroz Chaufa, Chicken Causa, and Jalea de Mariscos, which are praised for their delicious taste and generous portions. The Saltado de Pollo and Arroz Chaufa are especially popular, with the latter described as flavorful and packed with shrimp, beef, and chicken. The Chicken Causa was highlighted as surprisingly good, and the fried snapper is well-liked, although some find it expensive. The service is generally good, with many noting friendly and attentive staff, making the dining experience pleasant. The atmosphere is open and welcoming but could benefit from improvements such as better ambiance, cleaner floors, and attention to details like shakers. Some reviews mention that the restaurant can feel quiet or lacking music, which affects the overall vibe. A few customers noted minor issues with the quality of some items, like chewy steak or dry seafood, but overall, the food remains highly recommended. Inka Grill is appreciated for its authentic food, great location downtown, and reasonable prices, making it a nice spot for those looking to enjoy traditional Peruvian cuisine.
