“If I could give y’all a hundred stars I would! We had about 30 people coming together for my birthday. I had been in communication with a different restaurant (Cowfish) for over a month preparing because 30 people at a restaurant is NOT a small feat! They decided to give me a hard time the night of and were not really willing to accommodate us. We decided to find another restaurant. I immediately knew that NO ONE was going to be able to accommodate 30 people on a Saturday Evening but I was wrong! BONEFISH to the rescue! Before we even got across the street the tables were pushed together and prepped with menus water and silverware! Not only that even with a party of our size everything was executed perfectly! The food was delicious, we had a great time, the managers were friendly, and our server was the GREATEST (especially to be new to serving large parties.) I even loved my little art work on my to go box! We love intentionality! Shout out to Rasheive! All in all it was a 10/10 night, with 10/10 people in a 10/10 restaurant! Definitely coming back. ❤️“

“I don’t usually write reviews for places that are good, but I absolutely have too for this restaurant. The server was AMAZING, offered us Peruvian chicken soup and corn kernels (I don’t know what it is called) and a cup of water instantly. I honestly did not what I was ordering so I ordered some type of chicken off the lunch menu. Me and my husband took our first bite and immediately melted in the chair IT WAS THAT GOOD. Everything that we ate here, was absolutely perfect and I highly recommend coming here if you want something fast, authentic, and tasty. I’m astonished on how good the service and food were. We also only hate half of our plates and we are going to enjoy it later when we get home :)“

“Island seafood company delivers the best, freshest seafood I’ve ever had. That includes their fisherman’s oysters. I’ve never had fresher tasting oysters, even at the best restaurants around like Oyster Rock, which is supposed to be known for good oysters. Nothing compares to the quality of their products. And a shout for that incredible crab dip!“

“We celebrated my birthday at The Oak last night and had an amazing experience. Our server, John, was fantastic, and the Wright Flight cocktail is a must if you love gin. We loved the bone marrow starter, my husband’s ribeye was incredibly tender, and the confit duck tasted like fall on a plate. The Espresso Martini Affogato and peanut butter pie were perfect desserts. They even sent us home with mini banana breads! The Oak is officially my new favorite spot in Raleigh.“

Our waiter was so sweet in the shelf cooked our food with so much love the plates came out nice clean to perfection. The environment was giving anniversary date night engagement birthday dinner. Candles was everywhere. Soft music playing. Listen it was a 10 out of 10. Food was great. I will definitely be going back. They also gave me a birthday card and a free appetizer. All of their staff signed the birthday card wishing me a happy birthday. Everyone was so sweet and friendly. I recommend this restaurant definitely one of Raleigh’s hidden gems I would say.“

“Very nice dining experience for lunch Saturday commencing with the guidance of Chloe as the server. Truly enjoyed the Shanghai flash fried calamari as appetizer. Had to convince myself to not finish the whole plate because the entree was on order. Calamari was the winner, spicy, hot and just the right amount of chewy. Ordered the beet salad which was good- perhaps a better quality of dressing would be my comment. The cheeseburger and fries were good. Cooked the way I liked it. Chloe made it all for a good afternoon.“

Emeralds coast shrimp & Filet with bearnaise. The food was absolutely delicious. I believe it was Katy & Tanya who waited on us, they were great! We sat at the bar… we just got done shopping. This place is worth the price!“

“Great place for fried fish and shrimp. Very clean place and great customer service.
Their lunch specials are very reasonable during the week and their lemonade is yummy.
Weekends we get the 10 piece whiting platter, fried shrimp, and their chicken wings. Yup you heard me right …their chicken wings are so good. We ask them to fry the French fries crispy and get mamba sauce to dip them in. Their hush puppies are good especially when you dip it in mamba sauce. Everything is tasty and I love the cornmeal crispiness of the fish, it’s great on the heat up the next day.
Their prices went up a little since the summer time, but that’s to be expected since they are popular and well..the economy.“

“Mayflower has been around for decades and the regional locations appear to have survived hard times like the pandemic. This location has friendly staff. The food is no frills seafood and it’s good. This is what we would call back in the day a fish house. The servings are good value too. Typically enough for 2 meals.“
