“Best Moussaka in the area! But I noticed one of the waitresses has her very long hair down all the way to her waist. When she served food her hair was dangling in the way of serving. I was surprised that restaurant with very cleaned bathrooms would allow waitress to let loose her hair. Seems unsanitary.“

“Bida Manda is amazing. I go there regularly and it’s always a good experience. They have a lot of gluten free options and the menu is well marked for gluten.

“In Raleigh for a college tour and we wanted a simple restaurant to try out for dinner and obviously we checked out the reviews for restaurants in the area. Me being a fan of Chicken and Waffles, I said say less. We arrived at the restaurant and were quickly seated, got our menus and unfortunately, we waited. On the night we visited, it seems that there was only one waitress but she did the best she could.

We placed our orders and considering the staff shortage, our food came out in decent time. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles which can be customized with breasts, wings, thighs or drumsticks. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor of the chicken; my only complaint was the chicken breast was too greasy and had an oily aftertaste. The waffle was delicious, well made and perfect.

One interesting thing that happened that caught me off guard was my daughter ask if she could have some extra sauce for her chicken sandwich and the guy quickly says that’ll be an extra charge. There wasn’t that much sauce in the first place but whatever. We paid extra ? The atmosphere was quiet and the decor was decent. I could see myself coming back in the future but realistically, I’d probably try another restaurant.“

“I stopped in for lunch and sat out on the patio. It was beautiful. Tree cover and a retaining wall let you feel like you were out of the hustle and bustle and the shade was wonderful. The service was good. I had goat chops with chili garlic na’an. If you don’t like it hot, stay out of the kitchen, because this stuff was kickin’! I had a Hell Yes Ma’am from a local brewery. Very good beer and washed down the hotness nicely! The food had wonderful flavor and was cooked to perfection.“

“It’s been a long time since I’ve stumbled along an independent restaurant that knocks it out like Whiskey Kitchen. I’m from out of town, always looking for something different, and I found it! The menu is fresh, with many options. The bar list is unparalleled. Staff very pleasant (ask for John!) and gave me the feeling I had more than one server, bravo! “Good location and very good flavor. The tacos are a little small for the price but considering that it is a city we can't complain. They have a bar area and a restaurant area. The food is served quickly. For 4 tacos and 1 soda it was $24 dollars.“

I just wish I was in town more often to try all the things! I was in for lunch a few days ago during a rush when they were short-staffed, and the owners stepped in to handle the surge. “We had a delicious 3 course meal and fantastic service. Highly recommend. We tend to ask for recommendations from the staff, which we did tonight, and we were not disappointed. I had one of the zero proof cocktails and it was perfect.
Reservations recommended but it looked like you could walk in and sit at the bar.

Sandra and her amazing daughter taught us how to make five vegan dishes, which we shared that night with our husbands and still had enough left over for even more meals. “We come here often. The food is great local quality. The servers all seem to enjoy working there and it’s the BEST breakfast imo! I love their juices, esp the green kale juice, and their Chickichanga is my favorite entree. Yum. I can’t wait to go back. Great kids menu too.

“Wife and I ate there tonite and was dissatisfied with the food we ordered. There was no flavor to the low mein, broccoli was cold. Regardless food would have warranted 3 stars but it wouldn’t be fair to do this as the server was great and the manager Kim was very understanding and courteous with us came out and actually heard our issue and offered numerous remedies to which we settled on a complimentary dessert. The staff were amazing and tbh the kitchen is probably understaffed and overloaded with orders. Would still recommend based on staff alone. “As a person who does not eat red meat, there are plenty of options to choose from. I chose the pesto chicken flatbread, roasted Brussel sprouts, crab cakes, and chicken skewer. The only thing i didn't like was the chicken skewer was just a chicken breast with nothing else. I asked the waiter about it, and she was really no help. The waiter we had was not attentive. She kept forgetting our drinks orders.“

“My girlies and I had a great experience at Diced in Raleigh! Our salads were excellent—fresh and flavorful, and the service was sweet and attentive. The only downside was the volume of the dicing. It can be a bit loud, making it challenging to hold a conversation while eating inside. Overall, still a great spot for a healthy meal!“

“I have known about this place for a while and always enjoyed food here. I’m working on a project in the area near it and went to eat lunch there with my coworkers 3 times in a row ?. The food is always fresh and staff is great. One of the staff members remembers my drink order on the second day I’m there, right after I walk into the place. She is awesome btw. Everyone is super nice and food tastes great. Also if you go there often get a punch card and every 5 entrees you order the 6th one is free. My project ends this week so I’m sad I can’t go there for lunch again. But it’s worth 35 minute drive from Clayton from time to time. Highly recommend.“

“I’ve only really one thing to say about this place. BETTER THEN CAVA. The food variety is fantastic, I can actually try everything (Cava’s biggest sin in my opinion) and the people who work there are super passionate about the food they serve. The only complaint I have is that the location is tucked away under the sky bridge. But the parking isn’t an issue and is totally worth your time.

It was better than I'd hoped for. The only negative was the fact that we had to cut into this work of art, and that it couldn't last longer. It was bitter sweet.... but honestly, mostly sweet! The cake was delicious and perfect in every way. Absolutely recommended and would go to again in a heartbeat for any future events!!!
