“We love Little Blue Bakehouse and all of the local bakers they carry. It is a happy and safe spot that is family friendly and also a great place to meet up with friends. It is also the best Raleigh spot for me, a gluten eater, to find an entire case of gluten-free baked goods for my non-gluten family and friends that they actually love and want to eat.“

“Great little neighborhood deli in N. Raleigh area. Ordered the Grand Gobbler on focaccia (bread was perfect & so fresh) & the potato salad (literally some of the best I’ve ever had). It was all so plentiful & so very good! Place has a very simple, but tasteful menu. Super nice staff working Sabrina & (Dalton brought our food out & spoke) he always does a perfect job on preparing our sandwiches! 🥪 Overall service was great! Definitely a must for a quick lunch stop! Will definitely be back asap!“

“My daughter, her bestie and I make the trip from VA to Wake Forest whenever we get a chance to get some of the fruit pastries. We usually get one of each then some to take back with us! The owner is super nice, the bakery is warm and welcoming but above all the pastries are heavenly. We have never been disappointed. I’m ready for another trip!“

“I have been looking for a restaurant that serves hot food that is healthy and easy on the stomach, while also tasting good and being reasonably priced. I finally found this place and their sandwiches sounded good, so I went and got the Portabella sandwich with couscous as a side. It was exactly what I was looking for: tastes great, healthy and easy on the stomach, and for a pretty good price at that. Definitely better and more filling than any other healthy food places near me.
On top of that, the cafe itself is quite pleasant to be in. Calm music, relaxing atmosphere, art all over the wall, and everything was very clean. It’s a very authentic place to go for a pleasant experience. Plus it seems like it’s family owned and all the employees were very nice. I don’t leave reviews often but I felt this place deserved it.“

“My barista, Sheridan, was an absolute delight. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, making my experience at the store truly exceptional. I would happily return just to have her as my barista. Every store should have a barista like her.“
“What a coffee find! Super cute roastery tucked away in an industrial area. Our barista, Sid, who was also the roaster, was so friendly! It felt like we were visiting and old friend. And the store was so cozy too. We hung out for an hour while chatting. The shop was stocked with tons of cat merch and goodies. So much to take in. Highly, highly recommend.“

“What an experience Sola is! A family farm to fork style coffee & plates place. Fresh ingredients with a smile. If you’re a local, you go to Sola! Great patio and place to meet for a quick business zoom call or a fun place to meet a gf for coffee!“
“Got my rear wheel trued here this weekend, mechanic said it would take him 30-45 mins. Ran a quick errand and then enjoyed lemonade while waiting for him to finish up. Both baristas and were really friendly and I noticed them having actual conversations with customers. Can definitely tell this place is very community focused between the local ad/event posters, local made art/accessories, and they even have a small free bin of donated cycling goods. Prices seemed reasonable for both mechanic work and cafe.“

“I came from their previous location and I was not disappointed. I will always recommend Tepuy as my favorite place for donuts. They are fluffy and MASSIVE (enough for two people minimum). They always have new and creative flavors as well as a wide selection of regulars that are always nice“

“Lucky Tree is my favorite place to be. They have delicious baked goods, coffees, teas, IPAs, and Meades. The atmosphere is artsy, eclectic, and inclusive. Local artists sell an array of items. Also, I LOVE open mic nights!!! This place is a gem 💎“
“I visited this boba place for the first time and had a pretty good experience overall. The shop was nice, clean, and well-organized, which made it feel comfortable right away. They offer a wide variety of flavors and options, which I really liked.
The drink I ordered was just okay—not the best—but I’m definitely willing to go back and try other flavors, especially milk-based drinks instead of tea to see if I enjoy those more.
Customer service was good, and the staff were friendly. One fun thing they have is a game machine—it costs $2 to try each time. Unfortunately, we didn’t win, but it was still fun to try.
The restroom was clean and smelled good, which is always a plus. Prices were reasonable for the quality and service, and there was enough parking space available, which made the visit easy and convenient.
Overall, a nice spot that I’d visit again to explore more of their menu“

We loved that they have an area for kids inside, stocked with toys and books. This is a really nice, helpful touch for parents, that I can't recollect seeing almost anywhere else.“

“First time in Raleigh and was looking for a bar and some coffee. I didn’t think I would get both until we went to Sir Walter Coffee. Painkiller cocktail and salted caramel espresso martinis were incredible. Super friendly atmosphere and Matteo makes awesome drinks. Highly recommend 👍🏼“

“It’s a beautiful bakery, with kind staff and was overall a good experience. In my personal opinion the croissants are the absolute star of the bakery. The pimiento cheese croissant is what southern dreams are made of. The peanut butter cookies were good, as was the baguette (a little more salt and it would have been great, but that’s just being nit-picky). The cinnamon roll was a little on the dry side, maybe could have benefited from a little more glaze, but had a good flavor overall. The shortbread was the heartbreaker for me, but only because I really love shortbread and had high expectations. Shortbread is supposed to be very buttery, and I tasted very little butter. The glaze overpowered it a bit, and I think it messed with the texture as well. If it had been a bit thicker, I doubt the glaze would have affected it as it had. It’s still such a cute cookie, and it’s not the end of the world. Especially with the friendliness of the staff and the variety they had, I know it’s a lot of work and everyone is going to like different things. For me those croissants will be something I dream about, and I can’t say enough good things about. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.“

“Super quiet place tucked inside ShabaShabu. I didn’t know I needed a flavorful chicken soup for breakfast until I got the Khao Soi. Also had a few bites of the Chicken Katsu croissant sandwich and it was also amazing. Coffee was the perfect temperature. We’ll be back 🙂“

“I’m PDO, (pretty damn old) and don’t do well with all the modern technology. It was NO problem at Caribou. Elyse assisted me, patiently guiding me through and explaining how to do it. And then, the barista made a most delicious hot coffee beverage especially for me. It was wonderful and I will return again and encourage others to visit also. Thank you!“

“My dining experience here was above and beyond. The food was not crazy priced and they absolutely could because the quality was unmatched. From the moment we walked in and saw the nice decor and how clean it was I was excited we met Shaun at the door he was very helpful and explained how to go about ordering our food. I did not order a full meal. I did à la carte and he was so helpful. The food was amazing flavor. The jelly and the biscuits were to die for I got the brisket, potatoes and fried green tomatoes. I’m used to going to restaurants and then being upset that I won’t order a whole meal but I prefer à la cart so I can try different items that I want 10 out of 10 definitely will return the GM Anthony Perry was also amazing. We will definitely be returning.“

“Love the cafe and overall vibe. Lots of plants, books, games, and pleasant places to sit and enjoy your drinks. Tried two espresso drinks - unfortunately both were bitter and overheated. Didn't inquire about the beans as I didn't detect enough flavor to be interesting. They've got a smallish selection of interesting things to nibble on. Overall a really nice cafe so I'll come back and hope the espresso improves.“

“Basically, I don’t want tell you about this place so it doesn’t become too packed, but it’s a crime to not share with you the best coffee cafe/breakfast place in Raleigh. The owner is amazing, baristas are knowledgable but don’t make you feel like a fool if you don’t speak their jargon. The menu is perfect for the place. A unique gem that shouldn’t be a secret.“

“This is the best chocolate I’ve ever had, and I’ve had some chocolate. Escazu’ brings great artistic creativity to chocolate making, and there’s always a new treat on the menu.
