“Great little neighborhood deli in N. Raleigh area. Ordered the Grand Gobbler on focaccia (bread was perfect & so fresh) & the potato salad (literally some of the best I’ve ever had). It was all so plentiful & so very good! Place has a very simple, but tasteful menu. Super nice staff working Sabrina & (Dalton brought our food out & spoke) he always does a perfect job on preparing our sandwiches! 🥪 Overall service was great! Definitely a must for a quick lunch stop! Will definitely be back asap!“

Everything about this cafe and the experience AND the food. Fresh, delicious and delectable. This is a must stop by or order out. I had the Alpine with chickpeas and couscous and my friend had the Piedmont with beans and chickpeas. Definitely will return!!“

Jokes aside, this is a cozy cafe that also provides roasted beans. The owner and the staff are simply lovely to talk to, and all the drinks are cat name-inspired, a bonus if you are a cat person! I ordered a Purple Purr, which was a Lavender-Honey, and it was definitely a decent coffee!“

“First time in Raleigh and was looking for a bar and some coffee. I didn’t think I would get both until we went to Sir Walter Coffee. Painkiller cocktail and salted caramel espresso martinis were incredible. Super friendly atmosphere and Matteo makes awesome drinks. Highly recommend 👍🏼“

“I got the strawberry tea w popping boba and the late night latte. loved the latte, it is sweet but that’s what I loved abt it. As for the strawberry tea the taste of black tea is very prevalent but the popping boba balances it out v well. staff was sweet and I loved the atmosphere :)“

“Lucky Tree is my favorite place to be. They have delicious baked goods, coffees, teas, IPAs, and Meades. The atmosphere is artsy, eclectic, and inclusive. Local artists sell an array of items. Also, I LOVE open mic nights!!! This place is a gem 💎“

“The food was pretty decent. The Pumpkin White Mocha is pretty good. Except they didn’t have whole milk! What kind of coffee shop doesn’t have whole milk? I got their cinnamon coffee cake also. Not very cinnamony and not so much coffee to it. It’s a bit too moist. It was alright.“

“Went to St Honore today for the first time and I definitely wasn’t disappointed! The drink prices on the menu are incorrect and kind of listed weird. But once I tried my pastry and my latte it was like none of that even mattered. I’ve been to other bakeries (like the one in Durham) in the area with similar fruit desserts, and these were hands down the best ones I’ve had. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back.“

“I like the daily specials they have. Everyone is so friendly. My first time there I had a large order and Stephanie helped me out to my car. This is my new favorite place to stop for a coffee.“

“I’m so happy I stumbled across this place. I used to have a local spot in Arizona that I thought made the best Karak chai ever, and I was honestly worried I wouldn’t find anything that compared after moving to NC. Haraz Coffee House proved me wrong! Their Karak is incredible!

Why it’s worth a visit:
- Customized Karak: The tea is so good, and I love that you can actually customize it. I usually get mine with a milk alternative and honey for the sweetener, and it’s perfect every time.
- The Vibe: The atmosphere is just cool. It’s really inviting and has that rare feeling where you can just sit and stay as long as you want without feeling rushed.
- The Treats: I haven’t tried the pastries yet, but they look amazing in the display.

If you’re looking for a great cup of chai and a place where you can actually relax for a while, this is definitely the spot.“

“I have been coming to Bolted Bread for many years. Their chocolate raspberry pull apart is one of the best pastries that I’ve ever had. Recently, I’ve been disappointed that they either have sold out or lacked the materials to make them that day. I hope this is a temporary situation. It would be too bad for such a great bakery to change.“

“It’s a beautiful bakery, with kind staff and was overall a good experience. In my personal opinion the croissants are the absolute star of the bakery. The pimiento cheese croissant is what southern dreams are made of. The peanut butter cookies were good, as was the baguette (a little more salt and it would have been great, but that’s just being nit-picky). The cinnamon roll was a little on the dry side, maybe could have benefited from a little more glaze, but had a good flavor overall. The shortbread was the heartbreaker for me, but only because I really love shortbread and had high expectations. Shortbread is supposed to be very buttery, and I tasted very little butter. The glaze overpowered it a bit, and I think it messed with the texture as well. If it had been a bit thicker, I doubt the glaze would have affected it as it had. It’s still such a cute cookie, and it’s not the end of the world. Especially with the friendliness of the staff and the variety they had, I know it’s a lot of work and everyone is going to like different things. For me those croissants will be something I dream about, and I can’t say enough good things about. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.“

“I have been going to this location every week (at least once) for a couple of years as it’s right outside my neighborhood. There have been times they got it wrong but every time I have been I have had excellent customer service, and they have fixed the problem right away. Most times it’s been right on the money! The staff is friendly and I love connecting with the drive thru person in some way, whether talking about my company or a mutually loved football team. I’ll keep coming here because it’s consistent and brings joy to me every week. Thanks to the staff!“
