Arlen, the Front of House Manager, is so kind and helpful. This bakery is extremely professional, but has that small-town charm at the same time. If you follow them on Facebook, the shop lets you know about their daily or weekly specials. When I need a pick-me-up in the middle of the week, I love to stop in for a cookie, a croissant, a cupcake, or a muffin! They are a treasure in downtown Raleigh!“

“I visit my daughter in Raleigh from Texas and she took me to this bakery last year and we bought a plain loaf of sourdough bread, it is the best and freshest I have ever had. I stopped in this past Sat and they only had rolls left. They were so delicious! Be sure to check out this business if you are anywhere near Raleigh on the weekend !“

“Nice store with a great variety of pastries. When I came, the queue was a bit long but the cashier did a good job handling it by himself. The line took a while but it's worth it to try this store.
I bought 5 pieces of pastries, pain au chocolate, chocolate bun, red bean bun, rice cake, macadamia cookies, and matcha latte.
All the pastries were good and fresh but for the matcha, I gave 6 out of 10. Maybe next time I will try their coffee.“

“I moved here from Southern California in March and was so happy to find Cinnabon! I grew up eating them, especially around the holidays. I'm not sure why other people are giving this place bad reviews. The customer service was good and the Cinnamon buns taste like I always remember. Perhaps those people got a bad batch made by a new employee or have a personal vendetta against the employee...? I don't know, but I had a very good experience. And yes, the bites and minis taste just as good as the regular sized ones! Best when warm and fresh but can sit for 3 days and still taste good.“
