I gave her some elements to incorporate into the cake design and she blew me away with her work! The cake was spectacular. Michelle was also so easy to work with. She made the ordering process so easy. Pick up was a breeze and she included tips on cutting and travel with the cake! 100% will call her again for any of our cake needs!!!“

Plant Cakes Bake Shop was 40 minutes away but we figured we would make the trip. I am so glad we did!! The most amazing donuts we have ever had. “This is my kid’s favorite sweet shop! We also love that their aunt who lives in another state can order on the app and surprise them with cookies for us to pick up at the store. They walk it out to the car and there is always a sweet little note on the box from her. Great idea for those who want to give a gift. You can’t go wrong with pretty much any cookie. What we love the most is that we use their cookie cutter that we purchased to cut it into fourths so we can all enjoy each flavor!“

Also, very friendly customer service. I have to give a shout out to Jenna today at the Garner location. Apparently it was only her second day and she was killing it!! The weather was perfect for an ice cream treat this afternoon and it was quite busy. Jenna was as friendly as could be and she was extremely fast with having to both take orders, take payment and fulfill the orders. Jenna is a rock star and did an excellent job representing Goodberry’s in the very best way.“

“I order cookies from here very often through the Crumbl app and have never had problems with delivery. Last night I ordered and sadly DoorDash messed up big time. Person “couldn’t find” my apartment which has never happened and decided to drop off the box at the front office which was closed. I get there and they were stolen. I called the store asking what could we do and Caroline picked up and PERSONALLY delivered a new box of cookies to me herself. I don’t write google reviews often but Caroline was so accommodating that I feel I had to do this. As a person that works in a customer facing industry, Caroline has gone above and beyond! I know it may seem like a box of cookies but they are my finances favorite and I’m surprising her at the airport with this box that Caroline delivered as I type this.“

The two-tier cake was stunning, incredibly detailed and meticulous, from the fondant tree frog and sloth to the rocks, waterfalls, and palm trees. “I moved here from Southern California in March and was so happy to find Cinnabon! I grew up eating them, especially around the holidays. I'm not sure why other people are giving this place bad reviews. The customer service was good and the Cinnamon buns taste like I always remember. Perhaps those people got a bad batch made by a new employee or have a personal vendetta against the employee...? I don't know, but I had a very good experience. And yes, the bites and minis taste just as good as the regular sized ones! Best when warm and fresh but can sit for 3 days and still taste good.“

“New to this area about 16 months now my wife found Sugar Grinders in Franklinton and surprised me with a German chocolate cake. Now let me tell how much I like German chocolate. I have always loved that flavor so much that my mom used to make me one as a kid every year for my birthday. Didn’t get one very often because they are so involved to make and not many people in my family like coconut I know go figure? Anyway can’t begin to tell you how great that cake is/was. When she wouldn’t tell me how much it cost I knew this was the real deal probably a dozen eggs involved and can’t imagine what else. When half the cake was gone she put it in the freezer to keep me away from it. On Thanksgiving she pulled it out to go with the other deserts and as I zeroed in on it I could tell it had not lost any of the delicious taste it had before it was frozen. To end this long post let me just say thank you to the Sugar Grinders bakers for letting me enjoy the best German chocolate cake I have ever had can’t wait to go there myself and sample all the other goodies I know they must have. A big “thank you” to the Sugar Grinders Creamery and Bakery!“
