“It was our first Sunflower bakery experience, and it was awesome! The owners are very kind, fast responsive, super responsible, easy to understand, very generous and does absolutely amazingly tasty cakes ! The owner verified our pick up and had it ready in time! We ordered 2 tier Chocolate and strawberry birthday cake with decorations and it was delicious! It seems like a good balance between soft to eat and steady enough to transport cake! We eat it for 4 days and it was still good. Price wasn’t cheap but not the most expensive one either. One thing we know for next time is not to order fresh fruit filling because it is not fresh after one day, better jam filling instead or none. Thank you Sunflower bakery!“

“This was a great place. Definitely the German beer garden feel. We had a cheese platter and I ordered the schwein schnitzel with the red cabbage side. Really nice. Haven’t had a schnitzel in forever and this was worth it. Portion sizes were good - quality and quantity. I also got the Paulaner beer. Perfect compliment, rich beer. I recommend this place.“
“Crispy exterior, fluffy middle and for me, just the right amount of chew, Issacs makes a very good bagel (and pastry!) that rivals Benchwarmers and the formerly open Buttons and Co bagel shop in Asheville NC. While I prefer the texture of an Issac’s bagel to these other Carolina bagel legends Issac’s falls slightly short for me on flavor and ingredient quality. Don’t get me wrong, these are clearly good ingredients but they are not the best. I would happily pay more for a bagel proofed with such care to be made with heirloom stone ground flour and scratch made cream cheese as well. Cream cheeses and bagel toppings are all very nice but don’t have the balance or pack the punch I want from a texturally perfect bagel. You can taste that long overnight proof in this really tasty dough. I wish I could taste that hearty heirloom grain as well. Issac’s nails the bagel making process and is a little less than perfect. Order ahead or visit on a week day to avoid waiting in their well deserved lines.“
“If you want a custom cake that is perfect in appearance and in taste then you found your spot. Lyla Jones Cake Studio did an excellent job on my custom cake it was the center piece of party. All the fine details and the colors were perfect. I truly believe no one could have done any better. The characters were all hand made to the exact specifications that were asked. Not only that but after everybody had there share piece of the cake the characters were able to be kept and stored for a memory that will last a life time. I dont see myself getting a cake from anywhere else other than Lyla Jones Cake Studio. 10 out of 10“
“Bull city bake shop has a beautiful selection of pastries and desserts that look and taste wonderful! The owner and her son are wonderful people and were happy to chat while I enjoyed my treats! “Yesterday we had the almond croissant and pain au chocolate. It was a tough decision because it all looked so good. We loved our pastries so much we went back and got a baguette for lunch. I wasn’t going to write this review, but we were craving pastries again this morning and went to a different bakery which was a huge disappointment after how good Loaf was. GO HERE!“

“I came across this bakery on a hunt for a large fruit tart for a work gathering to celebrate a dear co-worker who was moving on to a new venture. Nora was helpful, kind and able to accommodate my scheduling needs. I ended up ordering two, and they were a hit. Everyone kept asking where I got the tarts and raving about about how delicious they were. They were so popular that I was asked to bring the same fruit tarts for another co-worker's celebration. My team loves these. They have been quickly gobbled up twice! Nora and her staff are welcoming and friendly, and take pride in their creations. The bakery is full of beautiful pastries, breads and aromas. The sourdough baguette and tiramisu are delicious! I will continue to support this bakery and recommend to friends and family.“

“This bakery gives you a fairy tale feeling with the sugary aroma. There were so many treats that I went every day of my trip. Take your time; look and ask about their offerings. I had the macarons, and they were phenomenal! The ham and cheese croissant was amazing. My favorite item was the maple bourbon tartlet. I'd recommend getting desert here versus other places in the area.“
“I love Crumbl Cookies because each cookie is unique with its own flavor. I loved the Pumpkin Caramel Cake it was so soft & fluffy like a cake. Then the Chocolate Peanut Butter cookie was so delicious the peanut butter chips hit the spot and that peanut butter mousse was right on point. I loved the Semi-Chocolate Chunk Cookie cuz it wasn’t too sweet, just right and the Toffee Crunch Cake was chocolate toffee heaven and the whip cream hit the spot too. This Thanksgiving, I can’t wait to get my hands on the order I placed for the Pumpkin Macchiato Cheesecake with a super thick Graham Cracker Crust with these little baked chippies they put on top!
