“This was a great place. Definitely the German beer garden feel. We had a cheese platter and I ordered the schwein schnitzel with the red cabbage side. Really nice. Haven’t had a schnitzel in forever and this was worth it. Portion sizes were good - quality and quantity. I also got the Paulaner beer. Perfect compliment, rich beer. I recommend this place.“
“Oh my god it is AMAZING! I got the sweet potato and oat milk lattee made with actual sweet potatoes and it is the best coffee drink I’ve ever had! Not too sweet. The croissants are amazing and they have fresh pumpkin rolls the size of actual pumpkins. The rosemary sweet potato scones looked good too!“
“We came here after dinner for some ice cream. The line went out the door and it probably took us maybe about ten minutes to order. There were a lot of people here eating so there were not a lot of tables available. We ordered a few things like a single scoop of Cookies N Cream, a single scoop of Lavender Olive Oil Marscapone, and a Shake. The inside was bright and had a relaxed vibe. The Cookies N Cream was good and definitely good for those who always order that at other stores. The Lavender Olive Oil Marscapone was not bad and it wasn't overwhelming to me. I didn't try the Shake. The amount of ice cream for a single scoop was enough for one person and I would recommend either of those flavors. Good ice cream here and definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.“
“One of the best atmospheres in Durham. I moved here, did not know a soul, and have made some of the best friends I’ve ever had in my life thanks to this establishment. The staff is wonderful, and I always feel like I belong. They know a ton of the patrons by name making it a very comforting environment. The ciders are fantastic, and for those who aren’t as inclined to ciders, there are plenty of other drinks like pilsners, ipas and cocktails.“
“This farmers market is our family’s favorite to visit!! It’s extremely family friendly. They have live music and food trucks, plus all of the delicious produce and pastries for sale. Big bonus is that it’s near a park for the kids to play after we’re done shopping. Everyone is always so friendly. It never disappoints!“
“India Gate has become a special place for me. The food is incredible. The spices and seasonings are curated per dish to absolute perfection, while the portions are plentiful and flavor packed. Every bite gets better throughout the meal. The only disappointment I have is that unfortunately, every meal must come to an end, and I'm left wanting to order more! The staff is extremely pleasant and courteous. I cant say enough great things about this place, I'm so glad they opened right up from where I live! “I was new to the area a year ago and set out to find the best coffee shop in Durham. I had Bean Traders early on and kept trying other ones and nothing else was close! Whether it’s plain coffee, a latte, or any of there delicious food items they’re the best around.It usually is pretty busy (because who wouldn’t want to be there!?) so be sure to allow plenty of time if you’re planning on hanging out there.“
“I can not recommend Linda’s Vegan Bakery enough! Every cake for every celebration has exceeded my expectations. Not only are her cakes beautiful but they taste as good as they look and people are always commenting they can’t believe it’s vegan. Ms Linda is so accommodating which is rare with Vegan bakers.“

“The burgers were so unique and delicious! They had outdoor seating which was great because I was able to bring my puppy. The manager was really friendly and even brought out some special dog treats. I would highly recommend this place, come hungry!“

“Late night tip. I took my wife here after we got off the plane from Arizona. All of our favorite places had already closed. The chips and queso was really good. I got the chicken burrito which was good. My wife got the nachos, the nachos you can share with two or three people. Over all is a good late night spot. Decor I would give it a 4.5 out of 10.“
“This is a great place to go to for Ethiopian food in the Triangle. My wife and I both love it, and our daughter is learning to like it as well (not the spicier items yet, but she likes Kik Alicha). Very friendly and approachable, with a serving staff who will help you find something that suits you if you've never eaten this type of food. We drive here from Morrisville, because in our opinion it is the best.“
“We went for my husband's birthday mid-afternoon. The food was great and the buffet had a great selection of vegan food. Vegan and gluten free foods were labeled. The servers were very attentive and gave us free wine and dessert. They also sang happy birthday and offered to take our picture!“
