Goorsha Reviews
Excellent vegan options. Will go back.
This is a great place to go to for Ethiopian food in the Triangle. My wife and I both love it, and our daughter is learning to like it as well (not the spicier items yet, but she likes Kik Alicha).
Very friendly and approachable, with a serving staff who will help you find something that suits you if you've never eaten this type of food.
We drive here from Morrisville, because in our opinion it is the best.

I had never tried Ethiopian food before, and this place did not disappoint! The flavors were incredible, the food came out quickly, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Great first experience

Goorsha, a popular Ethiopian restaurant, offers a diverse menu with both delectable chicken and vegetarian dishes. The injera bread and lentil side salad are particular standouts, bursting with flavors that are not too spicy. The ambiance is pleasant, with both indoor and outdoor seating options, although it can get a bit noisy on busy evenings. Customers praise the fresh and healthy menu choices, with many options available for under $10. The vegan and vegetarian dishes are highly recommended, with many describing them as amazing and full of flavor. The sambusa, lentils, gomen, and apple sambusa for dessert are also favorites. The restaurant provides a modern yet cozy atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff that are accommodating, even for children. The food is served quickly, and the flavors are incredible, making it a great first experience for those new to Ethiopian cuisine. The Goorsha Signature Combo is especially popular, featuring rich, perfectly spiced stews and soft, tangy injera. Although service can sometimes be a bit slow, the overall dining experience remains highly praised. Goorsha is a must-visit spot whether for a new adventure or a regular favorite, and many guests look forward to returning.
