“Second time coming here on a trip out of town. The food was delicious. Piping hot. Flavorful.
They did have a sign on the door saying they were short staffed. It showed! They had only one person working the entire room to take orders so you had to wait a while. Food came out and no one came back to check if everything was ok or if you needed anything else. They were just busy. We arrived at 5:15 right when they opened. They were at capacity by 6 on a Sunday. They need help bad! But I’ll always go back because the food is outstanding.“

“The best Ramen in the triangle! While we like Dashi as well, nobody really touches the Tonkotsu ramen. I generally get it without the mushrooms, and the spicy version is really good. We also love the pork bao buns here, which we usually get without pickles.

“We received the best service from Mariah this Sat. It was a party of 25 guests, she serviced use with 100% customer service. the food was great and we were leaving a funeral which was a bad day for all, we left feeling a littler lighter, due to the our server. She is a GEM.“
