“It is one of my favorite breakfast restaurants. They offer farm-fresh ingredients and fabulous breakfast cocktails. Always a treat!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options or your order can come made to order.Kid-friendliness: Best pancakes for kids!“
“This location opened earlier this year and is hidden enough you won’t be waiting 60 minutes for brunch on Sunday. The food was delicious; I ordered the Breakfast sandwich served w potatoes. Next time I’ll likely ask for the new potatoes to be well done since I prefer them crispier. My friend ordered the Chickichanga minus chorizo, also with new potatoes. The highlight of our a Sunday brunch was the service by Jill! She was a breath of fresh air; friendly, prompt service, attentive, and genuine. I’ll be back, and be sure to ask for Jill by name!“
“First time here tonight. 10/10 experience. The kitchen is absolutely on point. Love the attention to detail and quality towards every ingredient of every dish (ordered about 7 different things) They combine incredible flavors, perfectly executed. Really just had the perfect meal. Thank you for that and all you do to make it happen. On the same level as the food was the service. Our server was as good as it gets. She was genuine, perfect timing every time, not intrusive, and extremely intelligent, top level. She took a bunch of extra time to share her deep knowledge of the menu and give us the ultimate dining experience. Couldn't have been better in anyway. Beyond appreciated. Her name was Kate F.Bravo Nana's... dope spot that I will definitely be recommending to a bunch of people. I've been a foodie/industry worker for a long time, always in search of experiences like this. Looking forward to coming back.“
“One of the best southern soul food restaurants I have been to. The pinto beans were full of meat and well seasoned along with the mixed cabbage and collard greens. The oxtails was plentiful over rice and gravy was definitely devine.I will definitely make this my go to for great soul food dining and will pass info to my family and friends.Parking: Handicapp and wheel chair accesible“
“Great atmosphere, loved the service, and food was decent. I was expecting a bit more. The hush puppies were delicious, but shrimp and grits I was not impressed by. My server was amazing and I'm grateful to the bar for coming up with a tasty Mocktail for me to enjoy.“
“We just had a company event here on Saturday. The Clouds team was amazing as well as the food! They had great customer service and they were so accommodating and flexible. I've been working with Lexy Peterson to plan it. She and her GM were so easy and wonderful to work with! We had to make several changes, including last minute ones. It was a relief when they had no issues with accommodating our changes. I'm so thankful for the success of this event there! I know our company will be back for future events!“
“The food was delicious (chicken liver mousse and shrimp & grits are both superb), the service excellent, and the restaurant is beautiful. This is our new favorite restaurant in Durham! Special shout out to our server Kate and the owner Linda, both of whom helped make our experience special.“
“The rudest staff I have ever experienced in my entire life! I had poor customer service experience with the cashier and called to share feedback; Myra who said she was a manager literally screamed at me over the phone and would not listen to a single thing I had to say. She said I had a nasty attitude after I was the one who was treated poorly. I will never ever come here again! Rude and unprofessional; would not recommend!“
“Omg, best country breakfast ever! Very low key place with homemade everything. I had the Grits bowl with eggs, black beans, and salsa over yellow grits, otherwise known as polenta. Yum! Big slab of homemade country sausage, double yum! Hubby had the herb biscuit with eggs and country sausage. The biscuits are HUGE, soft, and flaky. Delish! We bought a bag of 4 for $6 to take home for another day. I'd love to go back and try their lunch menu-also looked good. The restaurant is humble and homey. Tip- You order inside at the counter, pay at the register, and then they bring your order to your table. Plenty of parking and a large outdoor patio for those with their furry friends. Highly recommend!“
“Page Road Grill in Durham, NC, is a family dining dream! As a dad of two, I was thrilled by their warm, welcoming vibe and outstanding service. The blackened catfish was a hit — perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection, it won over even my picky eaters. This place offers a cozy atmosphere that's just right for family meals. If you're in Durham, don't miss out on this delightful culinary experience. It's a perfect blend of comfort, flavor, and family-friendly fun!“
“I had been meaning to try this spot for some time. As luck would have it, I was in the area for a different event and convinced the group to try out this spot. First off, you scan the qc code for the menu and to order. No cash was accepted. I didn't have a problem with this, but one of the crew did as they only had cash. We went at about lunchtime but the place was not busy and the workers were very attentive. Overall all, I enjoyed the food. Can it beat out grandma on the island, of course not. But, I liked the offering and was pleased with the visit. Plus, no one beat Grandma. Lol“
“First time trying the Grub Durham. We came to for lunch and I was thrilled to see pancakes on the menu. Who doesn't like pancakes for lunch! Service was fairly quick with a small lunch crowd. I enjoyed the outside rooftop. Far as the food(3.5 stars), it was okay but nothing too special. I may have to come again and try one of the sandwiches on the menu.“
“LOVE THIS PLACE !!!! The bartender was SO kind and personable. She was super quick to attend to me and had a great selection of draft beers / cocktails. AND the music was good. What more could you ask for from a bar? 10/10 recommend this place“
“I’ve been going for Open Mic on Tuesdays for a couple of months now because I absolutely love hearing the live band. They have some delicious margaritas with a bartender who knows what he’s doing. And finally, last night I went and had the Chicken Philly - it was sooo good. So delicious.“
“The burgers were so unique and delicious! They had outdoor seating which was great because I was able to bring my puppy. The manager was really friendly and even brought out some special dog treats. I would highly recommend this place, come hungry!“
“Fast casual vibes with high quality, homemade taste. Everything tastes fresh and the daily specials are actually often great deals. Plenty of vegan/vegetarian options as well, and staff are very willing to make adjustments to anything.Staff are very friendly and patient, though service can be a bit slow during the lunch rush.“
“I have ordered several custom cakes for special occasions and they have all been delicious! I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and they do an amazing job accommodating both and taking the time to discuss with me my options for cake, frosting and filling flavors. The rest of my family (who can eat gluten and dairy) even LOVE these cakes. They say that they can't tell the difference! The chocolate cake is our favorite.“
“My wife had the filet mignon with mixed vegetables. The steak was expensive but, worth every penny. I had two specials of the day. The first was a black bean and sausage soup, very good. And the second was a baked trout. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Fairview.“
“I enjoyed a perfect Tea Party birthday celebration thanks to the Washington Duke and my beautiful party-perfect sister! Jonathon was wonderful! The food was plentiful and delicious.. topped off with the Washington Duke's signature birthday decadently delicious chocolate cake!“
“The only problem I have with this place is I wasn't hungry enough to order everything. It all looks amazing! Octopus was perfect. Scallop with gnocchi was the star. Service is great and not pushy which means so much to us. Drinks also on point, wish I had time for dessert. Maybe next time!!“
“Melanie, Carrie, Tennessee, and Amy are the best bartenders eva. This place is low key, comfortable, and unassuming. The bar food is what it should be. The staff is so down to earth and wonderful. If you’re a snotty gourmet go to Chapel Hill. If you want to relax, listen to bands, and hang with down to earth WONDERFULLY eclectic friends then come on. Sports are always on the TVs if that’s your thing. There’s a dart league and more. ?“
“OUTSTANDING!!! my family and I were there for the art exhibit and we had dinner there. the food was amazing and the staff was kind and accommodating. Do yourself a favor and spend a little time in this wonderful Cafe you will not be disappointed !!“
“Wonderful! Great service! Anthony and Kyle were fantastic and fun! The food was delicious, creative, beautiful and fresh. This was our first time here but we will be coming back tomorrow to try the brunch. The place itself is cute with twinkle lights and fresh flowers.“
“Open mic on Wednesday nights at the Blue Note Grill is the hottest spot in the Triangle for grown-up folks! Awesome job Brett Chambers and The Usual Suspects. The wait staff is overwhelmed but most of them do their best to handle the large, thirsty crowd. But, if you can get past the rudest, nastiest woman at the front desk, the music and dancing make up for average food and adequate service.“
“Stopped here today for the first time by recommendation from the folks at Carrera Autohaus, Inc. after purchasing a car. When I tell you the BEST burger I’ve had, I mean it! I had the Classic burger with fries. I saw the burgers were doubles and thought no way I would be able to finish but I ate every single bite! The employees were friendly, efficient, and could be seen wiping down tables and straightening up throughout our dine-in experience despite how busy they were - so impressed! Wish there was one closer to home as this would be my new go-to burger place. Keep it up, Wayback of Durham!!!“
“Jessie was absolutely amazing! Her level of care and attention to detail is impeccable!! I dined at this location one year ago once, and she remembered everything that my hubby and I ordered precisely. It was mind blowing because I barely remember the menu and she refreshed my memory on what I preferred and she was absolutely right! I ordered it again excellent customer service. Jessie really makes it personal and made us feel like family while visiting the North Carolina area and dinning at Tony Romas. Thank you for providing excellent customer service!!“
“Dined here last night and at 5:30 there was a 30 minute wait. Didn't expect that but we had no where else to be so we waited. Have dined here from time to time over the years and its simple restaurant food at a fair price. My husband had the fried oysters- it was a smaller size order than we remembered it being but considering what we have paid for oysters recently it was a good deal. Nice size oysters, not too big and not tiny ones either. A medium light batter. Says comes with fries and Cole slaw but can substitute other items at no extra cost. Ordered mashed potatoes and a side salad. I had shrimp and grits with thin slices of what looked like kielbasa. Has good flavor and worth what we paid. Came with a side salad. We had key lime pie for dessert, Could have been a little tangier But home made and it was descent. Atmosphere in the main dining room is a bit crowded, it's one of the things that keeps me from coming back, I sorta feel like cattle being herded into a room. They have a bar area with tables but you can only sit at the bar if seats are available the tables are used doe regular seating. I prefer to sit at the tables in the bar area. This area seems to be filled with regulars. If your looking for decent food at a reasonable price give this place a try.“
“If you don't go to American hero restaurant for a good sub anything is good if you don't go or someone refuses to go then it's your loss you're the idiot even if you have to crawl or slide drag yourself there with your arms like a snail or slug, what are you waiting for go...?“
“My partner and I came on a weekend evening for dinner. It was very crowded when we came, luckily we had a reservation. The ambiance was very modern and sophisticated while also a bit eclectic with animal models all over the walls and ceiling. We ordered raw oysters and a plate of crackers to start. I ordered the Rigatoni alla vodka which was delicious with a generous amount of seafood. We ended the meal with an ice cream sandwich with caramel popcorn which was very refreshing. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely return!“
“The bartender Tennessee makes the place what it is. I had a great experience my 1st time and look forward to the same experience my next visit. New bartender Scott is a really nice guy. Today was his second day and he did good. Hands down all in all I would totally recommend this place to anyone. Five stars from me.“
“We recently hosted a celebration of life for my mother-in-law, Betsy Kessler, at Devine’s Restaurant and Sports Bar, and I cannot express enough gratitude for how wonderfully everything turned out. Betsy was a beloved figure in Durham’s community, and the outpouring of love and support we received was deeply moving. I want to extend a special thank you to Gene Divine, the owner, for not only allowing us to use this venue for such a significant event but also for being an important part of Betsy’s life. The compassion, professionalism, and warmth provided by the staff made a challenging day much easier. We are immensely grateful for everything. Thank you, Gene, and everyone at Devine’s for your kindness and for helping us celebrate Betsy’s remarkable life in such a special way.“
“From out of town but decided to try this place out and it was definitely busy but I soon found out why! Maybe I was just very hungry but this place hands down had the best wings I’ve ever had and their burger I would say was 9.5/10 (lettuce too large haha) but great service too considering how busy they were. Overall fantastic restaurant.“
“William's Gourmet Restaurant was fantastic! Service was awesome as was the food! We got there a little late so we missed breakfast. I got the Philly cheesesteak with beer battered fries – it was fantastic! Everything taste great - the fries were salty and crisp and the bread on the Philly cheesesteak appeared to be fresh baked! Very impressed!“
“When I say I LOVE this place, it’s truly a understatement, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, the salmon cakes!!!!! Mannnn!!!!!! It will take you OUT THIS WORLD ? lol, along with cheese&eggs grits, potatoes…. A NAP, for SURE ?,,,will be following up!! TRUST ME!!!.. ????Currents a TRUE breakfast spot GEM!!!…OH!!!!…. Did I mention, they have big mama making the AWESOMENESS!!! Big HUGE SHOUTOUT OUT TO HER!! THANK YOU, MA’AM…… !!!! I TRULY APOLOGIZE, I don’t know your name, but will be finding out when I RETURN!!!….“
“Decided to try this local grill out. Was pretty busy, so I thought it would be good. Seems to be a spot for regulars to eat here, and I can see why. The food was good and the service was too. Very good prices for food. They offer daily speacils. Has a bit of a family racing theme, which was pretty cool.“
“I had the most amazing experience at my niece’s rehearsal dinner in June. From the moment I arrived to the end of the night, everyone was sooo personable. The food was top of the line as I was served the entree I chose prior to the dinner! I enjoyed the recommended wine choice by our server! Absolutely the best! The view was soooo stunning from the 17th floor! ( I think) Charge my memory not my heart since it has been a few months since I dined there. This will always be one of my fondest memories due to the ultimate dining experience and the fact that our families celebrated the the most precious people in our lives! Thank u for everything!!!“
“We visited for my wife's birthday. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The service was very good. We brought a bottle of wine as the wine selection is not great, but they have a reasonable corkage fee. The bartender decanted the wine for us as soon as we were seated - nice touch. All of our food selections were great - the poached pear salad, grape leaves, duck appetizer, and the coffee rubbed ribeye. The steak was perfectly cooked and high quality meat. It should be for the $$$. Dessert was nice too, but limited selections. Overall a lovely evening.“
“Excellent wings. The honey garlic, Atlanta style with a side of fried rice... Wow. Was incredible. Loved how the sauce mixed with the rice. Would and will come here for wings whenever I'm around and craving. Nice staff too, they hook you up.“
“Randomly came to this place with friends for a quick bite & some tea. The breakfast melt was delicious as well as the Southern Black Girl tea. It was not too busy which gave it a cozy vibe on their couches, I loved it. Will be a go-to spot for sure.“
“My order was delivered within 45 min of placing my order. The driver was very cordial and helpfull giving me my order because I'm handicapped and my hands don't work well. Thank you Mr. Benson K.Kid-friendliness: The lunches were for very picky children who enjoyed every bite of what they ordered.“
“I really enjoyed our food! My son and I had pizza and shared a salad. Their house made ranch was fantastic! I gave low stars for service because when we first walked in, no one spoke to us. The lady who took our order was nice enough. There were only 2 other people dining when we were there, but it was only 4:30pm.“
“Did a quick stop before delivering packages for Amazon. Was able to get our food within 5 to 7 minutes after ordering. Got 3 bulls and 1 pup with 3 mediums sweetened tea. Wish the dogs didn't have too much mustard and didn't have enough chili. There was more slaw and onions than the chili. It was good enough for a quick lunch. The service was fastest even with the Dog House team having 4 other orders before mine.“

“It was our 40th wedding anniversary and we had an amazing experience at Newtons. Our server Dee was very nice and made sure we had everything. Our favorite was Brie. She made sure everyone was happy and even made us this beautiful dessert plate big enough for our entire family. We will def come back.“
“Jimmy's provides a consistent performance of both menu and atmosphere.I like the patrons who seem both friendly and approachable. Feels like a neighborhood kind of place. Not fancy and exactly welcoming with local flavor. The menu is tight and therefore always good. While my cardiologist may not appreciate my visits, I sure do!If you're looking for a quick meal, I strongly recommend that you plan your own visit soon.“
“Went for St Patrick’s Day weekend. I’ve been here before for Food, to watch Arsenal games, and for birthdays. They have good curry fries. I love having an Irish coffee. They have a good fish and chips there too. I only had one bad experience there once which is why I gave it a 3 out of 5 for service.“
“The outside doesn't look too inviting, but you park and go in on the side door, and there's a bar to the left with tables on the side. We were expecting more of a restaurant instead of bar, but the food is okay. Sandwiches, wings, wraps, salads, etc. The service is excellent because we lost something and the waitress helped me find it.“
“Every time I go into heavenly Buffalo I have a heavenly experience. Sometimes I'm so high on wings that I'm not even sure what's real. One time I saw 2 girls dressed as sharks and another patron was having such a good time he fell out of his chair. Where else in Durham can you get a heavenly experience like that? The team led by sterling the amazing manager are always friendly and a joy to interact with. The sauces are straight up heavenly.“
“We went on a whim for lunch and it was terrific! The host was so welcoming and helped us get our stroller to the patio. The heated covered patio is perfect, especially if you have kids. The food was delicious and great portions. I had the Cobb Salad and my husband had a fried fish dish. Our waiter wasn’t the best, but she was nice enough. We plan to return!“
“Benjamin made my Earl Please (an alcohol free cocktail from their menu) and was so kind and attentive. As a graduate student who can't drink alcohol much due to disabilities, places with options for me me to enjoy delicious and fancy beverages are special. The only thing that makes me sad is that I'm not rich enough to order more than one a day! ?? Someone pay me more money! It's so tasty! Best non-lavender mocktail ever!Dietary restrictions: Alcohol free cocktails; non-alcoholic beverages“
