FIRST TIME EATING HERE TODAY 3/18/2026 highlight disappointment when I got my food from THE DOG HOUSE when me and my husband first got to the drive thru and was trying to order the other person taken our order was talking over him and could barely get his order out of his mouth , secondly when we got our food our drink were very bland with no sugar either drinks , greasy fries with no salt , I asked for a chili dog and got a hot dog cut in half with some type of peppers and green...read full review
I don’t usually choose hot dogs for lunch but yesterday 8/7/25 my co worker recommended we go to the dog house.i was confused but went along with it.first of all let me say service was perfect but also fast.Norma not only was nice but very funny.
I never thought placing an order would be so fun!
Any ways im not gonna ramble on but for winch and a show i would definitely recommend the dog house on latte road Durham NC.
And make sure Norma is there!
Why is it a new challenge each and every time of visiting this location?
A simple request - two all beef, Collies with NO onions. If you are allergic to onions, This Dog House is NOT your place. Apparently, they do not realize that no onions means NO onions, even in the slaw. Who in the restaurant business puts onions in their coleslaw knowing this well known fact? They do and it hasn't always been that way. It was not even shredded like the cabbage but in chunks no less.
