I am leaving this location very upset tonight an employee working the drive threw said they are close but the one out side smoking said they are open for drive threw I go back threw an he wouldn’t take my order I think management needs to be aware what is going on tonight.
I decided, today to give this location a 2nd chance. They've disappointed me before. Now I am done with chances. I processed a mobile order for chili and a drink to be picked up at drive through. My lunch needs to be quick. I only have 1/2 hr. When I arrived I was told they were too BZ so I had to park at a pick up spot and come inside. It took another 10 minutes to get my lunch all the while the staff was talking, laughing and clearly not interested in any sort of customer service....read full review
