I got the grilled cheese here and they do a pretty good job doing them. The service was ok they gave us all of our food. We were in the drive thru so didn't get to really see any

I must start off by saying that I don’t stay nor work near this Zaxbys . I’m closer to the one on N roxboro St but had two not so great experiences at the N roxboro st location. My job was celebrating a co workers birthday who loves Zaxbys. So I put in a catering order at the Hillsborough Rd location . Let me say this, the staff at this location were phenomenal. My order was ready when I got there 15 minutes before my pickup time! They had everything right and ready to go!...read full review

The customer service was amazing! She was kind, patient, informative, nice and smiling. I had my dog in the car and she loved my dog and was talking to him too.Ordered: 10pc tenders, sd fry, Kick'n Chick'n Sandwich meal, and Peach Tea.The Peach Tea was SOOOO good! Everyone needs to try it! The tenders were perfect, crispy and all sauces were great! The sandwich is my favorite and it had the right amount of sauce!Way to go to every one at this Zaxby's!
