Worst customer service EVER! Wendys Hillsborough Rd. Durham Received a Jr.Bacon Cheeseburger with hard, cold bread, cold cheese, 2"×2" piece of meat, 2 pickles, ketchup and mayonnaise. Hard chicken nuggets that would cut your skin. Spoke with Manager Highly and told to stop anytime for replacement order. Stopped by today with Sierra as manager. She refused to come out and speak with me. Cashier said she was busy and have a nice day. First time eating fast food in months and that's what I got!

I am leaving this location very upset tonight an employee working the drive threw said they are close but the one out side smoking said they are open for drive threw I go back threw an he wouldn’t take my order I think management needs to be aware what is going on tonight.

STAY AWAY!!! I went to this location for a simple order. Lobby was locked at 7pm, scanner waa broken, no one knew how to work the register. Definitely a weird experience.

I decided, today to give this location a 2nd chance. They've disappointed me before. Now I am done with chances. I processed a mobile order for chili and a drink to be picked up at drive through. My lunch needs to be quick. I only have 1/2 hr. When I arrived I was told they were too BZ so I had to park at a pick up spot and come inside. It took another 10 minutes to get my lunch all the while the staff was talking, laughing and clearly not interested in any sort of customer service. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and, if you like Wendy's food, choose another location ❗

The service is a nightmare… went here this morning a little after 10:30 didn’t really care about breakfast or lunch. Honestly could order whatever. Someone in the speaker said something, Then this ghetto Becky employee waved me away cause her and some guy were standing outside there talking… right in the drive through where cars are supposed to be.. Saying “I don’t want you to wait 5 min cause we’re getting ready for lunch”…. Like damn…. no you just didn’t want to go in and work. The franchise owner needs to hire a new team I never go here and that’s why! The people who work here look like they spit in your food and cuss amongst themselves whenever they see a customer pull up.

Please just close this location down. The people who work there never want to be there and it shows in their customer service. I can never tell who a manager is. They’re disorganized and will tell you after 10pm that they are t taking orders that weren’t previously made through door dash. I live around the corner and willingly make the drive to the S. Roxboro or chapel hill Blvd location before going here. I’m always disappointed.

I came to this wendys to eat a Davis single but they serve lousy very bad service and the lobby was very stinky of marijuana like they smoke inside the restaurant an ugly and horrible thing service there were no straws or napkins and the one who attended me paid him with a $50 bill he gave me my change and when he gave me my change I take money out of the box and throw it to his wallet it's logical that I steal it

The first time I went was in 2022, 2 of my 10PC Spicy Chicken Nuggets were hard as a rock. I tried again last night during my 6:00 break, but they were so slow I wasted my whole 30 minutes. I got off at 9:50 and with me being determined, I went back to this Wendy's [there's not any on my route home] and there was still a long waiting period with maybe 1 other car compared to the 10+ cars the first time. The man on the speaker was so rude: "man go head with your order". I think I responded "hell nah" and left. Don't waste your time as I wasted mine. I went right to McDonald's whose line was at least 10 cars but they were nice and the service was swift! The food was fresh as well.

Everytime we go and they suppose to be open they always say they can't service us and they always say their not serving ice cream at the time. This is always when you suppose to be open I don't know who manages this place but it does not seem to be managed.

Stopped for breakfast, early at opening time, the menu boards weren't turned yet. Had to wait for the young lady to come out and flip them. I ordered the honey chicken biscuit and my wife ordered the egg & cheese biscuit. biscuits were very dry, and stale tasting, my chicken was overcooked, tough and the moisture was gone, my wife took one bite of her's and through her sandwich out as it was inedible. My potatoes were extremely greasy and the grease lined my mouth for an hour, and my wife's coffee was cold and had a sour taste to it.

Please close this location down! Whoever yall had working drive through at 4pm on Sunday, 10/15 is ghetto and rude as hell and needs to be fired. How are you going to be upset at someone saying “Hello?” Into the drive thru speaker when you have folks waiting there with NO acknowledgement for almost 6 minutes? Y’all are the worst. DO BETTER.

Service is garbage I'm just trying to do my job as a delivery driver and they claim to not get delivery orders. I've also personally set up delivery apps for establishments and know how these things work. I know they're getting orders and just not making them. Laziest and most rude people in durham.
