I've been going to this Indian restaurant for years with my family. Huge shout out to Ram and the entire team; they nail it every time. They're on point with service, making sure we're all set, especially the kids. I was nervous when I first heard Sitar had changed ownership (its been a while since that happened maybe more than a year) but I had no reason to be!The food is just as delicious as always (maybe even better?). I'm a bit fan of the flan they added to the buffet. Everyone is is kind and attentive and they are very understanding about my toddler. I feel like I'm family when I'm there. I am a student at NC State and I’ve eaten Sitar catered through different events on campus. I was able to come with my family to Sitar tonight, and it was just as phenomenal as before. I am absolutely obsessed. The restaurant environment was cozy and clean, and the employees were all kind. Additionally, they were keen to fill up our glasses and take away empty plates.
