OMG the COCONUT CAKE! I ordered a cake from Ninth Street Bakery for my mom's birthday party. This cake turned out to be the cake of a lifetime. It was AMAZING!!! It's been 4 days, and everyone is still talking about the cake. It was gorgeous. It was huge! It was definitely special enough to be a wedding cake. It was delicious! Love coming and grabbing a bunch of baked goods at the farmers market. Very sad pregnant women though to find out you no longer have the strata's with hot peppers and tomatoes. Please bring them back. :(
I usually get my ninth street baked goods every Saturday at the Durham farmers market and every is always so wonderful and fresh.
This weekend for tomato day you guys made one of the best tomato tarts I’ve ever had I wish I’d bought a dozen more they were that amazing.
But I do miss seeing the young man that was there for so many years he was always so kind and personable. The new folks are very nice but us regulars miss him and his fun loving personality.
