“We had a team heading up to Boone, NC to assist with the hurricane. On very short notice Steven and his team provided dozens of delicious pastries for the group to deliver to volunteers. In addition Steven added a huge bag full of everything you can imagine from peanuts to chocolate pretzels. They managed this during a crazy lunch rush and we are so appreciative. Valuable members of our community and they just opened a shop on Glenwood Ave, close to our home. Bonus.“

“Went to Sweet Fare on a daddy daughter date. She loved the decor. Whimsical, she called it. It's geared toward little ones. I felt it was a bit pricey, but some of the combinations were interesting, like the key lime pie cookie. Overall, I could crunch sugar in the butterscotch cookie we tried. It was pretty good. However, as an adult, I'm beyond filling in flavor with pure sugar. Though one look at Sweet Fare, and I know I'm not the target audience. It was a cute little stop. It's too pricey for me to bring all four children to at one time. But it was a nice stop on our date. Overall 3 stars for food, 4 for interior and decor. So the kids will be all about it. As an adult, it was ok.“

“Hello. Finally got to visit today. I will say the mochinut donuts were pretty amazing. Not disappointed at all for my first one ever!!! But the boba tea....very disappointing. I asked if Ube is like taro and was told yes. It's not at all in my opinion. Also it's very gritty, and the bobas are either over cooked or melted as they are not firm and too big to suck up straw. Open and taste your milk tea before you leave!!!“

The cheesecake was fantastic (creamy, delicate, and light with a thick, flavorful crust) and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly. As a family of many cooks and bakers, there are a lot of high standards. But, hands down one of the best cheesecakes we've had in a long time! Thanks so much!“
