“The food was great! I had the shrimp and grits, potatoes and Belgian waffle. The waffle was the best. The shrimp and grits were creamy and seasoned very well. The grits could've been a little thicker for me but they were good. The biscuits were soft and the jelly was really good! I also had a latte which was delicious. I enjoyed it all! Everyone I was with enjoyed everything! The service was decent. It took a bit to get my coffee but she did a good job! The prices are great and there's plenty of parking. I'm a hour away but I would definitely take another trip back there! I highly recommend and I will return! Great breakfast!“

“We had a wonderful morning at Java Jive. We got breakfast pastries, coffee, and iced tea and spent a few hours working. It did get a bit noisy with a few groups meeting and talking, but that is not abnormal for coffee shops. It is relatively small, with small tables for 2 people and a single round table that seats up to 4. The coffee and pastry was good, and they have art for sale on the walls.“

“Really good bagels but nearly $6 for a bagel with cream cheese! I’ve been 3 times and it’s always consistent— the S&P bagel is so good! Breakfast sandwiches are delicious but over $10! I’m from CA and even in San Francisco you’d be hard pressed to find a bagel that’s $6– maybe a breakfast sandwich but not a bagel with cream cheese. The cream cheese is DELICIOUS! Chewy bagels. The two young women I’ve seen at the register have been unfriendly and somewhat cranky each time I come in.“

“Caribou Coffee is one of my favorite places for coffee 🩵 Their drinks are always delicious, and the Vanilla White Mocha is my absolute favorite. Most of the employees are very friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit pleasant. It is always a nice place to stop for a good cup of coffee!“

Still get charged for the old drink, infact my drink points I redeemed didn't even get accounted for. Terrible service. They won't remake your drink either, even if it's clearly wrong. don't recommend cary location its only gotten worse.“

“I love our Holly springs Starbucks but the new renovation made the inside much smaller and really only a few tables to sit at other than outside. It gets very crowded during the rush hours 😕 so when I can I order ahead on the app. It's always ready when I get there . No waiting just grab and go. They are always polite and friendly there .“

“Love this location. The staff is always very friendly and remembers you if you visit often. The inside has free wifi and plenty of seating, including a long study table that gives you plenty of space to work. Super quick service if you're ordering online or through the app.“

But I would like to know that the staff here are quite friendly even if they get overwhelmed with customers and have offered to give me reasonable substitutions when they unfortunately run out of certain items that I want.“

“Since moving to the Cary area, this has become our go-to spot for bagels. I usually order delivery, so I can’t speak much to the in-store experience, but the food itself consistently delivers.

I’m pretty particular about bagels, and these absolutely hold up—great texture, a good chew, and generous toppings. They’re perfect for grabbing a half dozen for the weekend (or to freeze for later), and they keep really well.

They offer a solid lunch menu too—my husband is loyal to the Hungryman, which is massive and actually keeps him full for hours.

One thing I really appreciate is that they don’t skimp on the cream cheese with to-go orders, which feels rare these days.

Overall, a reliable spot for a weekend treat or an easy brunch spread. The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that I haven’t experienced it in person yet—but based on the food alone, it’s definitely worth checking out.“

“Awesome setting, The staff were great, Nice selection.

I was a little overwhelmed when I came in (unrelated to the restaurant, had a brief sensory overload from other things) and the atmosphere was calming.

Asked the server what drinks they recommend/personally like, picked an iced option that they brought up, and it was really good.
(I greatly appreciate them & they gave me way more help than they will know just by doing that for me)

“This Starbucks is okay - the drinks are usually good but with only 2 staff members (and usually only one there at a time) it seems that they are grossly understaffed and doing customized items isn't their specialty.Otherwise - staff are extremely nice. Excellent customer service and amazing dedication to their jobs“

“I ordered to pick up at the window with two drinks that were about $10 a piece because they were macchiato with extra espresso shots and nondairy sweet cream and I've had issues before with them not adding the sweet cream and it just just not being correct. I'm a fairly awkward guy and I have really bad anxiety, that is why I use the app so I only have to say my name, so I'm always nervous about going back to get thing right. But today it wasn't my money so I would feel really bad to use someone else's money and it not be right. They were extremely helpful and nice, they quickly remade both drink and I was back on my way within minutes. The staff here are really great and nice people“
