“Such a wonderful cafe with so many great options and also wonderful and helpful staff. Our family loves to go here especially for the delicious almond cake!“

“So glad they opened in West Cary! I missed a coffee shop and they treat me like family! Check them out!“

“Kulfi milk tea are amazing ! A must try !“

“I had never tried Ethiopian food before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect — but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff was warm, welcoming, and offered great recommendations that really enhanced the experience. This food truck has quickly become one of my top three favorites. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend you give it a try too!“

“Always love visiting Cha House! Great atmosphere and delicious tea.“

“The food was great, service once seated was quick, and the waitress was so nice. I got avocado toast, but the side of grits and the biscuit with apple butter were the stars of the show. The wait was pretty long and there wasn't really anywhere to keep place in line except outside and our names weren't taken down. We had a few new arrivals seated before us by just walking in at the right time. It was a little expensive and also none of the salt shakers worked properly. I would say get what they are known for ( grits and biscuits ) and don't stray too far from the beaten path and you'll have a great experience!“

“Lovely treats, definitely reminds me of home in Germany. 10/10 would recommend to everyone wanting to try a taste of Germany.“

“Great coffee and pastries in a cozy atmosphere.“

“The coffee and service were great! This was my second visit and not sure I will go back as both times I was there I couldn't help but notice the overwhelming moth ball odor. It made me almost turn around and walk out the 1st time but figured it was a 1 time deal. That is not what I expect to smell in a coffee shop. Is there a way to eliminate that smell? Had a colleague of mine say the same thing.“

“So yummy!!! The perfect thing while waiting for a Monday oil change! It’s like a taste of heaven. tiramisu latte and pastry!!!! Yummy!!!!“

“I just did some work for these guys and they gave me a medium coffee and oh my goodness... it was so much better than I expected. I wasn't expecting it to be bad but I was not expecting it to be this great either. And The staff is very friendly. A great way to start my day around good people and good coffee ☕😁“

“Really good bagels but nearly $6 for a bagel with cream cheese! I’ve been 3 times and it’s always consistent— the S&P bagel is so good! Breakfast sandwiches are delicious but over $10! I’m from CA and even in San Francisco you’d be hard pressed to find a bagel that’s $6– maybe a breakfast sandwich but not a bagel with cream cheese. The cream cheese is DELICIOUS! Chewy bagels. The two young women I’ve seen at the register have been unfriendly and somewhat cranky each time I come in.“

“Great Coffee, delicious mochi donuts and amazing service!!!“

“Best Donuta Ever!!! We got introduced in Virginia and now we come to the one by our friends in Cary, NC and our son's in MO! And look forward to visit the one in Libertyville, IL.“

“Our Starbucks we were extremely loyal to started to go downhill so we decided to try this one and it’s been amazing! The drinks are always made well and everyone at the drive thru has been super nice. Thank you for your care for what you do!!“

“I haven’t had such amazing service in years!!! I spilled my drink and was about ready to cry; and not only did they bring out a shop vac to help me clean up the mess but they calmed me down with words of understanding since it happens to everyone eventually and of course it was a monday. They also remade my drink.

That was ON TOP of the best drive through greeting I had gotten in a very long time.
Made a very rough morning so much better“

“Visiting from Charlotte. Everything looked amazing and everything we tried even tasted better than it looked. Nice and helpful staff.“

“Wry polite people. Thanks“

“I’ve been working close to this Starbucks this month and they’ve been so lovely! Once, we forgot some drinks in an order and they accommodated us when we came back. They’re lovely through the drive through as well. Thanks for keeping us going!“

“My boyfriend and I love this Starbucks location! We come by often, but this morning in particular I was touched by how kind and wonderful my barista was! She gave me her name which I’m unfortunately not sure how to spell- it was pronounced LC. Fantastic service all around, especially from her!“

“I love this bagel shop it reminds be of being home. Even though The bagels are a little smaller Then a bagel you would get from Long Island, New York.
But the bagels and breakfast sandwiches are amazing. I haven’t tried anything else yet, but when I do, I would definitely let you guys know.“

“This is the place to get good bubble tea!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! They always make my drink to perfection, the service is very fast, and the customer service is excellent! Shoutout to Jesse, Portia, Stephen, Ellie and Abby for always being kind and making me laugh. Jesse has amazing baristas running his store.“

“This Starbucks is okay - the drinks are usually good but with only 2 staff members (and usually only one there at a time) it seems that they are grossly understaffed and doing customized items isn't their specialty.Otherwise - staff are extremely nice. Excellent customer service and amazing dedication to their jobs“

“I've always had great service here. When I ask for a pup cup they get really excited and ask to see my pup. This past weekend I was there working and the district manager was there and he introduced himself to me, which I thought was really nice.“

“Ordered a drink that came out wrong, explained it so I could order something different as it wasn't tasting right at all. Still get charged for the old drink, infact my drink points I redeemed didn't even get accounted for. Terrible service. They won't remake your drink either, even if it's clearly wrong. don't recommend cary location its only gotten worse.“

“Wry polite people. Thanks“

“I usually try not to go to Starbucks inside stores, as I always have a big order, but I’m so glad I stopped here! My drinks and my food were absolutely amazing, and the person who served me, Ethan, was incredibly kind. They truly made the experience and I can’t wait to come back!“

“I love my vanilla latte.Latte Happy!😀“

“Olena, Tiffany, and Maya give the best service I could have ever received from Starbucks. They took my order and remembered it without making me feel like I was asking for too much. And they always make it with Love. I hardly get what I actually want from Starbucks corporation, but this branch really showed me something! 10/10 highly recommend ?“

“We make a cancer fighting drink that requires all organic fruits and vegetables. The pku codes have to start with a 9. Even if you wash off pesticides, they are still soaked in the soil and absorbed by the plant. Some places put pku of 4 or 8 in bins marked organic when they know they are not. Read the labels. If it says products of the USA but it is grown in a different country, put it back.
We also love that we can find lakewood organic orange juice and lakewood organic apple juice. We even get 4 or 5 bottles of each delivered to insure we have a supply. Single ingredient foods with no additives.
Fruits and vegetables I have to pick out for myself to meet my own needs.“

“This is the best Starbucks! I usually try to go to a drive thru but after having my order incorrect multiple times I decided it is definitely worth walking in to this location! The girls are so kind and ALWAYS make my order right! Thank you guys for consistency 💗“

“Jayla just brightened my day! I came in the store, killing time waiting for my car to get serviced at Discount Tire. I was feeling flustered about my car taking so long and as a result I changed my drink order about 30 times. She and the other young man working were so kind and patient with me! Someone please give these sweet kids a raise!!“

“I really appreciated meeting Jessica today! She was so friendly and had such a winning attitude. Thank you for our drinks! ☕️“

“I was having a ugly cry type day .I told Gianna (the young lady at the counter) to make me something that would lift my spirit due to having a bad day .She made me a strawberry drink with foam on top and it was exactly what I needed !Thank you so much <3“

“The owners were extremely kind and the boba tea was amazing! My husband is from Taiwan and said tasted like home!“

“Awesome setting, The staff were great, Nice selection.

I was a little overwhelmed when I came in (unrelated to the restaurant, had a brief sensory overload from other things) and the atmosphere was calming.

Asked the server what drinks they recommend/personally like, picked an iced option that they brought up, and it was really good.
(I greatly appreciate them & they gave me way more help than they will know just by doing that for me)

10/10, highly recommend.“

“Love that it is walking distance from where I live“

“Been twice and they have acted like my mobile order didn’t come through. I understand connects and internet are not always 💯💯💯. But they’re sure to take my money though.“

“Abigail is a valuable asset to Paris Baguette! Her willingness to deliver attentive and dedicated service is what makes her stand apart from all the others! She deserves more than 5 stars if it were available, but she is the top for this frequent customer!“
