“The food was great, service once seated was quick, and the waitress was so nice. I got avocado toast, but the side of grits and the biscuit with apple butter were the stars of the show. The wait was pretty long and there wasn't really anywhere to keep place in line except outside and our names weren't taken down. We had a few new arrivals seated before us by just walking in at the right time. It was a little expensive and also none of the salt shakers worked properly. I would say get what they are known for ( grits and biscuits ) and don't stray too far from the beaten path and you'll have a great experience!“

“Really good bagels but nearly $6 for a bagel with cream cheese! I’ve been 3 times and it’s always consistent— the S&P bagel is so good! Breakfast sandwiches are delicious but over $10! I’m from CA and even in San Francisco you’d be hard pressed to find a bagel that’s $6– maybe a breakfast sandwich but not a bagel with cream cheese. The cream cheese is DELICIOUS! Chewy bagels. The two young women I’ve seen at the register have been unfriendly and somewhat cranky each time I come in.“

I spilled my drink and was about ready to cry; and not only did they bring out a shop vac to help me clean up the mess but they calmed me down with words of understanding since it happens to everyone eventually and of course it was a monday. They also remade my drink.

That was ON TOP of the best drive through greeting I had gotten in a very long time.

“I work remote and travel around the area daily so I visit Starbucks every business day and also on Saturdays. This one on Kildaire Farm Road has always proven the best because it is most consistent in taste, has very professional staff, and has reasonable wait times. The dining area is also cleaned regularly as are the windows, so you can asee all the beautiful crape myrtle trees blooming outside. And the restrooms are clean.

They have a nice patio. Only issue is their WiFi has been very slow lately.

Kudos to the manager and team, they are a doing a great job. Keep up the good work - your customers definitely notice and appreciate your talents.“

“Ordered a drink that came out wrong, explained it so I could order something different as it wasn't tasting right at all. Still get charged for the old drink, infact my drink points I redeemed didn't even get accounted for. Terrible service. They won't remake your drink either, even if it's clearly wrong. don't recommend cary location its only gotten worse.“

“Always love this Caribou location - the staff are so sweet and go the extra mile for you! And the coffee and baked goods always hit correctly!! I just wish we had more Caribous around the Triangle instead of the other gross big name coffee chains (who will not be named). The maple waffle sandwich is always out of this world.“

busy in the morning, everyone with laptop, I came with mine in hopes for fast WIFI, super slow, end up using 5G hotspot from my phone, not worth risking wifi hunting if there is 3-4 people.“

“Love this location. The staff is always very friendly and remembers you if you visit often. The inside has free wifi and plenty of seating, including a long study table that gives you plenty of space to work. Super quick service if you're ordering online or through the app.“

“We make a cancer fighting drink that requires all organic fruits and vegetables. The pku codes have to start with a 9. Even if you wash off pesticides, they are still soaked in the soil and absorbed by the plant. Some places put pku of 4 or 8 in bins marked organic when they know they are not. Read the labels. If it says products of the USA but it is grown in a different country, put it back.
We also love that we can find lakewood organic orange juice and lakewood organic apple juice. We even get 4 or 5 bottles of each delivered to insure we have a supply. Single ingredient foods with no additives.
Fruits and vegetables I have to pick out for myself to meet my own needs.“

“There's not much I can say about this place that wouldn't be already included in your average good review. But I would like to know that the staff here are quite friendly even if they get overwhelmed with customers and have offered to give me reasonable substitutions when they unfortunately run out of certain items that I want.“

“This Starbucks is okay - the drinks are usually good but with only 2 staff members (and usually only one there at a time) it seems that they are grossly understaffed and doing customized items isn't their specialty.Otherwise - staff are extremely nice. Excellent customer service and amazing dedication to their jobs“

I was a little overwhelmed when I came in (unrelated to the restaurant, had a brief sensory overload from other things) and the atmosphere was calming.

Asked the server what drinks they recommend/personally like, picked an iced option that they brought up, and it was really good.
(I greatly appreciate them & they gave me way more help than they will know just by doing that for me)
