“This is a gem of a business to come to downtown Cary! All of the staff were friendly & attentive! They had a nice variety of coffee and tea, plus some muffins and pastries. There is seating inside and outside. It’s nice to support a business with a mission like Esteamed Coffee!!“

“Cha House has a very relaxed atmosphere for people of all ages. They have an extensive menu full of different types of fruit teas, milk teas, coffee, and food. I have tried a lot of their menu items and have never been disappointed. The employees have a welcoming attitude and are very kind. They are also understanding of any custom changes to drinks and food. Lastly, the atmosphere is very calm and beautiful with flower print on the walls, greenery throughout the store and natural wood tones.Parking: Next to multiple stores so there is a very large and free parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with lots of cute accessories all around to keep kids attention.“

People leaving bad reviews have seriously unrealistic expectations of coffee shops! I frequent coffee shops and this is one of my all time favorites.“

“My kids and I stopped here after playing at Over the Moon around the corner, and we loved the bright, cheery space and the variety of treats! I ordered a carrot cake with tons of perfect cream cheese (carrot cake was my ideal — walnuts, pineapple, raisins!); my kids chose a red velvet cupcake and a chocolate dump truck. They even had an ancho chili tangerine truffle for my husband who likes spicy over sweet! This is our new go-to for treats when we’re in the area!“
“I come here often enough that it was due for a great review. I’ve had almost every bagel in the case. An everything bagel with scallion cream cheese used to be my go-to, and now it’s the blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese. The chocolate chip bagels are also great. Sometimes I will get a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel and the bacon is perfectly crispy. Love this place ?“
“I have used pineapple sol for numerous charcuterie boards for events as well as cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday. Everything was so delicious and the orders were so incredible to work with that I am having them do the dessert table at our upcoming wedding. Highly recommend!!“
“The coffee drink was absolutely wonderful and unique. The food (avocado toast and Nutella toast) was okay but overpriced for the size. The staff was very nice and patient with orders, but they needed more help as the wait was quite long. We will be back for the drinks!“
“Jonathan was top notch. He was so kind, helpful and attentive. He is the only reason for the 4 stars. However - management should set their employees up for success and they failed to do that. He was the only one working during a Sunday rush for 2 hours when he had only been working for 2 weeks. Someone needs to be there to support him. He got the job down and did it well but with that rush I know it was a rough day for him. Poor management like that doesn't just effect the staff but also the guests who were irritated, angry and walked out.“
“I was so full, but my son needed something sweet to end off his night. We all love boba and so this was a good treat. The line was long, but it moved quickly and the drinks were amazing. I would have taken a picture, but everyone grabbed their drink and I swear they were gone by the time we made it to the car. They have my favorite cheese foam topping and some really creative combinations.“

“I just had a very very poor experience at another Starbucks location across town from this one where they would not remake my improperly made drinks and didn't want to refund me my money. I came into this Starbucks and ordered new drinks, intending on paying again and all I asked was that they dump the messed up drinks I had with me because I didn't have room in my cup holders. Not only did THEY apologize for the other locations lack of customer service, but they comped my drinks even though they had no obligation to do so. For that, I thank them and they have earned my business every day as I will no longer be going to the other location in the same town. Exceptional customer service, and exceptional upholding of Starbucks values. Bravo!“
“Tried Dom’s for the first time today. The bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel was phenomenal!I was disappointed at first that they don’t offer sausage, but the bacon was just fantastic. The cashier, who was super friendly, shared that the building was a Little Caesar’s before and they’re using the pizza oven, and can’t make sausage they’re happy with in it.The coffee was top notch as well. I wish there was a dining area, but with food this great, I’ll be back.“
“This Starbucks is okay - the drinks are usually good but with only 2 staff members (and usually only one there at a time) it seems that they are grossly understaffed and doing customized items isn't their specialty.Otherwise - staff are extremely nice. “I'm intentionally trying to expand my horizons beyond the national chains, which I love. BREW was amazing. Their roast was so light and delightful I didn't need any sweetener in my latte. The barista and team seemed genuinely happy to be serving up great coffee to the many clients that were there. One took such pride in her latte foam art she was excited to show it off. Great vibe!“

But I would like to know that the staff here are quite friendly even if they get overwhelmed with customers and have offered to give me reasonable substitutions when they unfortunately run out of certain items that I want.“
