“I frequent the Chick-fil-A brand all of over the country and this is my children go to place for dinner. Tonight I went to your location in Cary. First of all the attendees outside aren’t as polite as the used to be they were concerned with group conversation not serving the customers. When I pulled up the cashier, said,”What can I get you”, no hey welcome to Chick-fil-A how may I serve you. I was shocked. I asked for two 12 counts of freshly cooked nuggets. I put an emphasis on fresh. I paid, drove to get my receipt and reiterated I wanted them fresh to that attendee. I got to window and I reiterated again to the young lady who had her hair cut very close, she said, “yes sir promise”. This was an entire lie and disappointment. This is the 2nd bad experience with this particular store. I have included the pictures in the email. After speaking to Caroline she has promised to give our family a night on her, but she never asked me my name, my phone number or asked when I was planning to come back. Totally disappointed.“

“Cook Out is awesome in all the right ways. It's like the cheap Chinese takeout place you came to love in college. Yummy food, great value, cool laid back staff, fun menu options and for a takeout burger joint they serve a shockingly good slice of cheesecake. Keep up the good work CO, I'll be back!“

She called, coordinated everything, and did her best to make sure I could get my order in Cary without wasting time. Thanks to her, I saved about an hour, which I really appreciate.

“The restaurant was very clean, the food was fresh and delicious. The staff were very kind and courteous. All around the best experience ive ever had at a burger king. Also a very nice, comfy area to sit that was easy for me to navigate with my crutches.“

“Ordered a bacon double to go via the app. Wentin and waited at the to go location. Watched as my burger was put in the staging area and sit for about 2 minutes. The drive thru customers kept getting their orders, a employee kept taking orders at the register but no one did my order. I finally had speak up to get my order.“
