“I frequent the Chick-fil-A brand all of over the country and this is my children go to place for dinner. Tonight I went to your location in Cary. First of all the attendees outside aren’t as polite as the used to be they were concerned with group conversation not serving the customers. When I pulled up the cashier, said,”What can I get you”, no hey welcome to Chick-fil-A how may I serve you. I was shocked. I asked for two 12 counts of freshly cooked nuggets. I put an emphasis on fresh. I paid, drove to get my receipt and reiterated I wanted them fresh to that attendee. I got to window and I reiterated again to the young lady who had her hair cut very close, she said, “yes sir promise”. This was an entire lie and disappointment. This is the 2nd bad experience with this particular store. I have included the pictures in the email. After speaking to Caroline she has promised to give our family a night on her, but she never asked me my name, my phone number or asked when I was planning to come back. Totally disappointed.“

“Honestly decent, fairly clean and service didn’t take too long. I ordered a double cheeseburger with pickles mustard and ketchup and fries, the cheeseburger was alright, but it seemed a bit too normal. The fries were a lot better, they were just the right amount of crispiness, and they had a good amount of salt, if you’re starving, its a good and suprisingly clean place to go!“

“Our favorite Chic-fil-A ever. We seek out Chic-fil-A restaurants whenever we travel. None have compared to the friendly, personable and welcoming staff this location has. Consistently great food and excellent customer service. Our go-to place for fast food and the friendliest staff.“

“Tijuana Flats is a very giving franchise. They donated taco bar for 30 teachers at the school I work at, and everyone was so appreciative. Any business that’s willing to give, I’m willing to support. The tacos were also phenomenal!!!“

“I was visiting with my son, he was at the USA Baseball complex. I always look for an authentic burger/chili dog place. This one seems to fit the bill. And when you walk in, and order, you feel like you went back 20 years. It’s a cool spot. The burgers can be ordered char grilled (hence the name). The burgers were better than average, nothing too special. Chili dog was very good, which if you know me and my chili dog passion, that’s a good rating.

We talked with Chad/Clay, I assume he is the owner/manager. Great guy. This the high rating overall. Worth a try when nearby.“

“Pamela took my order, she was interactive and very friendly without being bubbly. It was very genuine and conveyed a lether of warmth that only be described as sincere. If she isn't a manager, make her one. Pamela has all the makings of what you hope you encounter when you're having an average day and want to order some food. She isn't pushy, she's very knowledgeable of the menu without seeming like she's shoving some pre-rehersed corporate garbage about promotions. Sitting and eating my food and working on schoolwork I can hear the conversations she holds with customers and you can just tell she listens and asks personable questions that make people feel like this Burger King is a respite from daily life because of how dedicated and attentive Pamela is to the customers that come in regularly and who just pop in for a bite to never be seen again at this location.“

“I had a bit of an issue with my online order — I accidentally placed it for the wrong location (Raleigh instead of Cary). When I came in, they explained it was a different store, but instead of just sending me away, Lina went above and beyond to help me.

She called, coordinated everything, and did her best to make sure I could get my order in Cary without wasting time. Thanks to her, I saved about an hour, which I really appreciate.

The place itself was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the service overall was great — but Lina’s help truly stood out.

“This is the definitely the best Burger King in the Raleigh Metro. I've been a regular diner here for 14 years. I love the Whopper and it has been very consistent here all those years. And recently it has been even better since the new CEO took over. So they are focused on quality here at this store.

They have a nice indoor playground. Their drive-thru is pretty fast and the staff always friendly and patient, even when I've had trouble getting my codes from the BK app.

Highly recommend, and good job to the team working there!“

“Honestly after seeing some of the more recent reviews, I was a little nervous to make an order. But it was my first time getting pizza hut in Cary and delivered so I gave it a try. Pizza was made correctly. I did ask for Cajun fries, but they gave me Cajun chicken and unseasoned fries. But honestly not mad at that for what could be wrong with an order. It was my first time trying their chicken bites so maybe a new menu item I'll be ordering in the future. They use door dash for deliveries and the guy that came by was communicative and sweet, no issues there. Sauce was packaged in the box and they even dropped some ketchup in the bag for the fries. Overall not mad at all. Thanks for taking care of my order!“

“I’m so impressed by this team! They did a wonderful job with my catering order and were in touch with me throughout the process. “Not as good as the Jersey Mike's at Food Lion in Apex (Jenks Rd) but this is still a great Jersey Mike's at Okelly Chapel. May I suggest not rushing your guests? I felt extremely rushed when I was ordering my sandwich like they were just trying to push me out.“
