“I frequent the Chick-fil-A brand all of over the country and this is my children go to place for dinner. Tonight I went to your location in Cary. First of all the attendees outside aren’t as polite as the used to be they were concerned with group conversation not serving the customers. When I pulled up the cashier, said,”What can I get you”, no hey welcome to Chick-fil-A how may I serve you. I was shocked. I asked for two 12 counts of freshly cooked nuggets. I put an emphasis on fresh. I paid, drove to get my receipt and reiterated I wanted them fresh to that attendee. I got to window and I reiterated again to the young lady who had her hair cut very close, she said, “yes sir promise”. This was an entire lie and disappointment. This is the 2nd bad experience with this particular store. I have included the pictures in the email. After speaking to Caroline she has promised to give our family a night on her, but she never asked me my name, my phone number or asked when I was planning to come back. Totally disappointed.“

I ordered a double cheeseburger with pickles mustard and ketchup and fries, the cheeseburger was alright, but it seemed a bit too normal. The fries were a lot better, they were just the right amount of crispiness, and they had a good amount of salt, if you’re starving, its a good and suprisingly clean place to go!“

“Depending on your budget and appetite, this is a fantastic choice! It is may be on the smaller side, but the quality makes up for it, plus unlimited toppings! Today i chose my two go to's, half classic pepperoni, and half spinach and ricotta. Both were delicious!!! Definitely going back to try my other favorites. I'm not usually a thin crust fan, but it is the perfect thin crust ratio to toppings. Depending on my appetite I could eat five of these 😋 today one was perfect!“

“I had a bit of an issue with my online order — I accidentally placed it for the wrong location (Raleigh instead of Cary). When I came in, they explained it was a different store, but instead of just sending me away, Lina went above and beyond to help me.

She called, coordinated everything, and did her best to make sure I could get my order in Cary without wasting time. Thanks to her, I saved about an hour, which I really appreciate.

The place itself was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the service overall was great — but Lina’s help truly stood out.

“This is the definitely the best Burger King in the Raleigh Metro. I've been a regular diner here for 14 years. I love the Whopper and it has been very consistent here all those years. And recently it has been even better since the new CEO took over. So they are focused on quality here at this store.

They have a nice indoor playground. Their drive-thru is pretty fast and the staff always friendly and patient, even when I've had trouble getting my codes from the BK app.

Highly recommend, and good job to the team working there!“

“Pamela took my order, she was interactive and very friendly without being bubbly. It was very genuine and conveyed a lether of warmth that only be described as sincere. If she isn't a manager, make her one. Pamela has all the makings of what you hope you encounter when you're having an average day and want to order some food. She isn't pushy, she's very knowledgeable of the menu without seeming like she's shoving some pre-rehersed corporate garbage about promotions. Sitting and eating my food and working on schoolwork I can hear the conversations she holds with customers and you can just tell she listens and asks personable questions that make people feel like this Burger King is a respite from daily life because of how dedicated and attentive Pamela is to the customers that come in regularly and who just pop in for a bite to never be seen again at this location.“

“Unlike the Wendy’s on Western, this one is the bomb they’re kind they give you what you want. They don’t argue with you when you ask for an extra ranch. The Spanish gentleman was very helpful and nice. They were also super fast! This is my new Wendy’s. Ty!“

“I’m so impressed by this team! They did a wonderful job with my catering order and were in touch with me throughout the process. They even called me a week in advance to give me a heads-up that they wouldn’t be able to make a certain sandwich that I had ordered. The employee, RJ, helped me pick out a new sandwich to replace it with which worked out perfectly. My huge order was ready right on time and the sweet employees even helped me carry it out to my car. “Delivery was on time and order was correct. Unfortunately the bread was stale and crunchy. Bread tasted like it came out of the day old bread bin. Unfortunately not up to usual Jimmy John standard.
