“Very sweet girl in the dining room took my plate and even refilled my drink! I didn't know they did that I didn't even have to get up haha! The one near me doesn't do this, next vacation I'll definitely stop by again to eat“

“My hamburger is always awesome, but yesterday it was a little over done, our large group said theirs were perfect. The fries were great & I was told the Cajun fries were great too. I like having the drink machine with several options. The Staff was kind & helpful.“

“Best fried chicken/tenders and service we’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Thanks to the cashier who was a lovely lady; she even gave us a sample of hushpuppies since we never had them before. I didn’t get her name but I think Smithfields needs to take pride of having that awesome staff. (October 11, 2026 around 5:00 pm). Since we entered we felt welcome and at home.

The portions are big and for a great price.

PD: the hushpuppies are very similar to Puerto Rican sorullos. You should try making a dipping sauce for them “mayoketchup” mayonnaise + ketchup and a hint of garlic (minced or paste)“

“I stopped in for lunch after a long day working with school children, and it was just what I needed. I’ve visited this location several times, especially since there isn’t one in Raleigh right now. The staff are generally friendly, and that always makes a difference.

I tend to order the same thing each time—the veggie nachos—and I usually request double portions of veggies. Depending on who’s assisting me, that request can sometimes be met with hesitation, but other times it’s handled cheerfully and without issue.

On this particular visit, I chose to enjoy my meal outside, and it couldn’t have been a better decision. The weather was beautifully sunny, and the atmosphere made the entire experience feel calm and refreshing after such a long day.

“My husband and I & My son ate there last night. It was my son's first time eating there & he just absolutely Loved it and wanted to give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! 😊 The service was great and our food was delicious and ready within 5-6 minutes after ordering. And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge. He was so excited ☺️☺️ and then me and my husband ended up ordering us milkshakes as well !!“

“Read all the great reviews and they are true. Stopped by last night and had maybe the best tacos I've had since moving to NC in '05....the handmade tortillas were outstanding as well as the barbacoa and pollo, and the carnitas were absolutely perfect, slightly crispy the way I like 'em, not semi-soggy like some places serve it, which is OK but not my preference.They even gave me both salsa roja AND salsa verde (I like to mix 'em) without me even having to ask.Both Maritsa & Jadina? (my apologies if I got it wrong!) were super nice. I just can't believe how lucky I am to find authentic mexican food less than 6 miles from my house....it's like striking gold.Like the patriarch at my favorite family-owned mexican restaurant across the street from my apt. in Chicago told me back in like '92 when he looked at me from over his Chicago Tribune: "You leeve in the nayborhood?" “This is the best McDonald's experience I think I can remember in the past twenty years. I drove up, saw a long line in the drive-thru, and decided I would try the curbside service. Normally when I use that service, it usually takes at least fifteen minutes to get my food, and I usually have to call the restaurant because they forgot about me. But this time I pulled up, ordered, and in about five minutes (maybe less) a gong lady was by my window with a tray and a smile. Not—not that she had a container with all the condiments that they offered in the store. I was just blown away by the entire experience. I wish all McDonald's could be like this one. I highly recommend if you live in the Knightdale area.“

“Thank you to the amazing young guys working yesterday! I was in the drive thru and realized I only had a credit card that wasn’t activated yet.🫣 My son was several vehicles up and on a zoom meeting in the drive thru. I said, “that’s my son up there in the big blue truck he will pay for me!” Thanks for being so nice to my crazy self and allowing my son to pay for me!🤣“

“First time visiting this location and my experience was a great. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed. Lady who prepared my order did it exactly how I wanted it. The prep and eating area was clean too. Chips and bottled drinks were well stocked with different variety. Definitely visiting this location again.“

“This is by far the best Popeyes that we’ve been to in Wake County. The order is always correct, food is fresh and hot, the employees are extremely helpful, friendly, and you can tell they work well as a team. They’re always smiling and joking with one another. This location is worth the extra drive.“
