“Had a Super Star ($6.79) and wife had the BLT CHICKEN ($6.49). Keeping in mind that this is a fast food restaurant, both meals were excellent and quite tasty. Wife said her chicken was quite moist and enjoyable. My burger was huge and had a charcoal grilled taste. Fries were crisp and tasty. We will return.“

“Whole staff that I interacted with was super nice. Food was great (especially the breadsticks as always). I feel bad that I did not get the two ladies names, but I’d messed up my pizza order and was willing to pay for the corrected replacement and they let me swap it, and put the rest of my food in one of the bags to keep it warm.“

“This was one of the best McDonald's experience I've had lately. The place is clean and well lit with plenty of parking. The interior is nice. Place was clean and in good repair. It looked nice like perhaps it had been renovated in the recent past The staff were friendly. The fellow that took care of us was upbeat. It almost seemed like he wanted to be there. As far as the chow goes, this was one of the best meals I've had at McDonald's well over a year. The fries were nicely crisp and properly salted. My double QP was very good. While like many, I try avoid fast food so when the next mood strikes, I'll make the drive to Rolesville“
“I've lived in Wendell for almost 5 years now and somehow never visited A&P's until a few months ago......man, I feel like I wasted a good portion of my life, the one where you find a LOCAL, privately owned and run (as in not corporate) joint where local people gather (because THEY know what's good), everyone is genuinely friendly, prices are more than reasonable, the food is awesome and portions are more than generous (today I almost couldn't finish my double cheeseburger - believe me, not because I didn't want to) and you are treated like a welcome guest.My first time (I think) Peedie, whose father was Aubrey, asked my name once and he has remembered it ever since. I used to sell for a living and I would still sometimes forgot customer's names. Not Peedie.That day I told him I loved his place and to never change it. They just don't make 'em like this anymore and WE ARE SO LUCKY to have this one right here in Wendell.“
“I RARELY give out full five stars but Zaxby’s deserves it! We go there at least once a week (my husband and I) and order the loaded (chicken bacon ranch) fries! It SAYS a side item but it’s more of an actual meal than a side. I LOVE them and can’t get enough!! Way To Go Zaxby’s!Kid-friendliness: They DO have a kids menu!“
“Absolutely loved this chicken and BBQ place. While there are many locations in central and eastern NC, this is a North Carolina original. Though it is technically a fast food restaurant, care is taken that customers receive quality customer service. Food is very fresh and flavorful. Expect authentic “down east” vinegar-based BBQ sauce with a distinctive kick. I had the dark meat “snack,” which comes with leg, thigh & one side. I went with the baked beans, and was very satisfied. These are NOT vegetarian beans, as they are laced with pork BBQ, and quite to my taste. The chicken was very tender & juicy as well. Plenty of free parking. We chose to eat outside on a picnic table, to accommodate our dog. Staff insisted on carrying our food outside, across the parking lot to the picnic table. My only suggestion for improvement would be an umbrella over the picnic tables. Two Tesla charging stations on site.“
“Came in to order for a small gathering (someone didn’t show that was bringing the main course). I explained to the cashier how many people we had and what we liked and she recommended 12 chicken biscuits and 25 supremes. She was so patient and consultative which is not something you’d expect to find at fast food restaurants.The staff let me know the food would take about 15 minutes since the grilled chicken needed to be cooked. They kept me updated along the way and made sure all sauces and condiments were in the tailgate box.Thank y’all for saving the day! ??????“
