“My first visit to the Clayton location was a great experience! We were greeted at the door and everyone we came in contact was very pleasant and smiling. Our waitress Piper was kind and came to the table with a smile and recommendation which I gladly accepted. The food came out on a robot which I think small kids would love. The food was hot, correct and good. The dining area was nice and clean. Overall a cute little joint.“

“This was our first time here and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Camerina was very sweet and excited for us to try Zaxby's for the first time. They gave us complimentary cheddar bites and the manager gave us 20% off our order. The food was awesome and we'll definitely be back.“

“This McDonald's, as the most incredible managers and team members. I have never seen a company that has their whole entire team members morale was smiling laughing.. All the while they were getting orders together faster than the negative Debbie Downer McDonald's. In Clayton they should be the training hub for the Raleigh Clayton area. Because when I say I felt included and loved at this store.. Not to mention how much the morale you could feel in the air. It will make me drive 20 extra minutes to go get food from them. Because the food actually tasted really good. It didn't taste thrown together or anything. So I give this store a 10 out of 10. And if you're looking for a job they're hiring.. “I have to give credit where credit is due. I had not been to Hardee’s in years because, honestly, I had been completely turned off by the service I had experienced in the past at other locations. Because of that, Hardee’s was not a place I really considered stopping at anymore. However, this particular Hardee’s in Clayton off Springbrook Avenue has completely changed my opinion.
I have eaten lunch here three days within the last week, and each visit has been a great experience. The food has been fresh, hot, and exactly what you would hope for when stopping in for a quick meal. Everything I ordered was prepared well, and the service was consistently friendly and efficient.
What really stood out to me the most was the staff. This location has some excellent employees who seem to actually care about the customers and the way the restaurant is run. That makes a huge difference. You can tell when a place has a good team, and this Hardee’s definitely does.
I also want to mention the manager, who has an awesome personality and really seems to set the tone for the whole restaurant. A great manager makes all the difference, and it shows here. The employees were pleasant, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and the overall experience was much better than what I remembered from Hardee’s years ago.
It is not often that a fast-food restaurant makes you want to come back several times in one week, but this location did exactly that. I was very impressed with the customer service, the food quality, and the overall attitude of the team. This Hardee’s has definitely earned my business again, and I will gladly continue stopping by when I am in the area.

“We would love to eat from this location more often the we do, but we live 3.2 miles away, and they won't deliver. Thats a small delivery radius. They are missing out on a lot of business. However todays food was great, and we were very satisfied.“
