Inner city fast food with excellent customer service. Guys at the drive through providing elite service with gratitude. This is to be applauded because it was definitely appreciated.
I visit this McDonald's quite a bit, as it's not far from work. The workers are very courteous and competent. I've only experienced one mistake with a mobile order out of many many times that I have gone. The staff that brings you your orders are friendly and helpful. The food is mostly hot and delicious, and what you'd expect at McDonald's.More frequent table cleaning would be great. It would also be nice if all the kiosks worked simultaneously and consistently. I was one of those people in the drive thru with a crying baby, just trying to get my 7-year-old quick lunch. For some reason, my order placed through the app never made it through to their system and I held up the line. Regardless of my screaming child and problems I presented, the manager was patient with my family and made sure I was able to get the happy meal I ordered.
