She's super quick at mixing drinks and gives great recommendations for cocktails and whiskeys based on your tastes. As an international student who loves whiskey, this bar is definitely an excellent choice that's hard to pass up. Also, if Sharq is mixing your drinks, he’s really cool and knows his stuff. “We had dinner there last night with some friends. It started out with our waitress, she was very knowledgeable of the menu and her service was top notch. We all ordered steaks except for our daughter who got the French Cut Chicken. She inhaled it and raved how good it was. The steaks ?? They were all perfectly cooked and seasoned. Really couldn’t have asked for a better steak. I have to mention the salad bar too. It was all fresh, crisp, great selection of items, and we all enjoyed it very much. Overall, we had an amazing experience there last night and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Well done Clayton Steakhouse and team!”

“Never have I ever had anything but absolute delicious food (and service) here… and again today. My friend suggested 1/2 order of the Spinach Artichoke Dip (a plenty!) and Scallops appetizer (big, cooked perfectly and ab FAB!) and we added shaved ribeye egg rolls too. Perfect trio for sharing and leftovers too (except the scallops). Those who already enjoy Mannings know what I’m talking about but if you’ve never been, put on your to do list! Wish I could share pics but that button doesn’t work.”

“The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing for our lunch. The oil and herbs dipping sauce and crusty bread was an excellent start. We were there for lunch and I received the chicken marsala. Tender seasoned chicken with the flavorful sauce and perfectly cooked pasta was the bomb. Using the crusty bread to get every drop of sauce put me in my happy place. I could have eaten a whole plate of those mushrooms by themselves. One of my guests got a chicken parm sandwich/sub which was toasty and tasty. They loved how flavorful the sauce was. My other guest got the Italian sandwich/sub. It came as ordered without the vinaigrette or tomatoes. She enjoyed it very much. The ingredients looked so fresh and enticing. Staff and owner were very professional and made you feel like home. An after lunch cappuccino made for the perfect ending.”

“Convenient location. Food is yummy but could be a little less $. Unfortunately they recently switched from Coke products to Pepsi products. I wish they would switch back. Keep the tables cleaner. To go can get busy so be patient with them. One of the employees who has brought our food to the table the last few times we have been smells too strong of a perfume that does not smell good at all. I can smell her when she just walks by the table too which is annoying as I wish to smell yummy pizza, wings, and other foods.”

“Great place for a Chicken Katsu. Gravy was just right and chicken was perfectly crisp.

The plating was beautiful and made the experience even more fun. Love that this place is more casual compared to other places like it. People that I was with, tried the Ramen and said that it was delicious.

Our waitress was friendly, impatient as there were several of us who needed to order. Our waitress also recommended dishes for first timers. Look forward to going back and trying the Ramen and other dishes.”

“Southwest Tacos chicken and veggies were fresh, tender and delicious. Southwest Tacos steak was unfortunately tough. Empanada was amazing and exactly as described with a flaky fresh crust!! Excellent prices and I will definitely be back! UPDATE 10/27/25 Ordered a steak Gordita for the first time and it tasted amazing ❤️ I wish this location in Clayton would list sour cream as an extra condiment on their delivery apps because it would have made my Empanada and Gordita over the top and a small extra charge would not have bothered me a bit😁”

“If you're looking for a high quality, fast food breakfast, look no further. The biscuits are made there fresh and you can definitely tell. This is miles above any other fast food breakfast that I've had. It's become my new favorite place to go for breakfast - fast food or not.”

“One piece of advice, don't get delivery. Pick up only and show up 5 minutes before your projected "order ready" time.
There are dishes that they do up right and then some that could use some R&D.
1. Sesame Chicken = great!
2. Egg Foo Yung = great!
3. Sweet & Sour chicken = as expected
4. Moo shu pork or chicken = the moo shu is good, but the pancakes are shit! I use tortillas from LA Bonita
5. Beef with garlic sauce = awesome!
6. Fried rice = don't waste your money
7. Dragon & Phoenix = good
8. Shrimp with cashew = great!
9. Wonton soup = don't even
10. Hot & sour soup = good
11. Shrimp & scallop in pepper sauce = very few scallops, and it would be sooooooo much better with sautéed shrimp. The breaded and fried shrimp in the dish are just mushy and gross.

Lastly...could we get an option to NOT put a bazillion packets of sauce in the bag?!?!”

“My first visit to the Clayton location was a great experience! We were greeted at the door and everyone we came in contact was very pleasant and smiling. Our waitress Piper was kind and came to the table with a smile and recommendation which I gladly accepted. The food came out on a robot which I think small kids would love. “Moved to Clayton almost 2 years ago. Have been by Primo Pizza many times and said we gotta try it. Finally did today. Asked for a plain cheese pizza, partially cooked cuz it was earlyish and we were gonna finish cooking at home. The gentleman making the pizza cooked it exactly as asked, showing us before we took it. Being from the NY area, and my husband being Italian, we are very picky about our pizza. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Highly recommend - you will NOT be disappointed 🥰”

“Great neighborhood restaurant and my go-to place for confort food! I get the chicken Hibachi with veggies every time. My husband loves the chicken & shrimp Habachi. When the extended family is here we always go there & the little kiddos love their sushi. The salad with ginger dressing is a nice compliment. The chicken is so tender and flavorful and the sauce is perfect. We always do take out which is usually very quick. The portion size is generous so we can easily eat it for dinner and lunch the next day too. The cashier is so nice and helpful.”
