“A nice welcome and a friendly server. The atmosphere is nice and they have some light entertainment too or they did while we were there. The food was hot and fresh and very tasty. I’d rather wait 10-30 mins for fresh cooked food than expect immediate hot/fresh food within 10-20 minutes of ordering. Ask yourself “do you want your food quick or do you want it cooked from fresh?”. We will definitely return. Portion sizes are big (in our opinion) so we were able to take some home as we were very full. The Cesar salad was made with fresh crisp lettuce, the steak was cooked as requested and my kids demolished the mac n cheese (and they are mac n cheese snobs!).”

Parking: Lots of spaces but always crowded. Can be tough to find parking, or you can wait five minutes and someone’s always leaving”

“We had dinner there last night with some friends. It started out with our waitress, she was very knowledgeable of the menu and her service was top notch. We all ordered steaks except for our daughter who got the French Cut Chicken. She inhaled it and raved how good it was. The steaks ?? They were all perfectly cooked and seasoned. Really couldn’t have asked for a better steak. I have to mention the salad bar too. It was all fresh, crisp, great selection of items, and we all enjoyed it very much. Overall, we had an amazing experience there last night and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Well done Clayton Steakhouse and team!”

“Never have I ever had anything but absolute delicious food (and service) here… and again today. My friend suggested 1/2 order of the Spinach Artichoke Dip (a plenty!) and Scallops appetizer (big, cooked perfectly and ab FAB!) and we added shaved ribeye egg rolls too. Perfect trio for sharing and leftovers too (except the scallops). Those who already enjoy Mannings know what I’m talking about but if you’ve never been, put on your to do list! Wish I could share pics but that button doesn’t work.”

The portion sizes are good, my kids were able to split the chicken alfredo with plenty left over. The garlic knots are a Must have! They sit in a buttery garlic marinade that's to die for.”

The appetizers that we tried included the gyoza and chicken katsu, which were standout dishes. The gyoza was crispy on the outside, with a savory filling, while the chicken katsu was crunchy and tender.”

“We love scooters ! Everything is always delicious and my daughter begs to go as we pass by every day!

However now with Halloween coming up, they’ve put what is considered “scary” pumpkin stickers up in their drive through windows. My daughter’s are 3 and 1 1/2 years old, and we’ll unfortunately have to skip out on scooters until Halloween is over and the stickers are brought down. I know they don’t seem scary to older kids , but to young children still learning real vs. pretend, Halloween can be a hard time finding places not leaning into the “scary” part of Halloween and just featuring the “fall” side of pumpkins /autumn decor. And unfortunately scooters has now become a place we can’t visit through this season.”

“One piece of advice, don't get delivery. Pick up only and show up 5 minutes before your projected "order ready" time.
There are dishes that they do up right and then some that could use some R&D.
1. Sesame Chicken = great!
2. Egg Foo Yung = great!
3. Sweet & Sour chicken = as expected
4. Moo shu pork or chicken = the moo shu is good, but the pancakes are shit! I use tortillas from LA Bonita
5. Beef with garlic sauce = awesome!
6. Fried rice = don't waste your money
7. Dragon & Phoenix = good
8. Shrimp with cashew = great!
9. Wonton soup = don't even
10. Hot & sour soup = good
11. Shrimp & scallop in pepper sauce = very few scallops, and it would be sooooooo much better with sautéed shrimp. The breaded and fried shrimp in the dish are just mushy and gross.

Lastly...could we get an option to NOT put a bazillion packets of sauce in the bag?!?!”

“So we had a Door Dash delivery. It was not what it was supposed to be. They had missing pieces of sushi, if you look at Door Dash Menu, Salmon roll is supposed to have avocado, cucumber and 6 pieces, not to mention rolled in fish eggs. I called 2 times. The owner would not accept anything I had to say. We own restaurants and know customer service. I was told to not call back. Very disappointed and frustrating!”
