What an incredible place. It's like walking to a speak-easy from the 30s and 40s. Behind the bar is shelving that goes all the way to the 10 foot ceiling.filled with every kind of liquor you can think of. There is a ladder that glides from one end to the other that they climb to get bottles from the top shelves. We will be back. Excellent hidden gem in downtown Clayton. We were greeted at the door by India. She gave us a quick overview and provided us with menus. We found a copy spot in the sitting room. India returned with a carafe of water and helped us select our drinks. Can't wait for our return in the near future. Would love to see this venue expand to Angier/Fuquay- Varina.

This is an awesome bar. They make cocktails with the syrups they use from scratch. The menu changes frequently, which makes going there more fun as you can be surprised with the something new to try. And they will always make classic drinks too. For whiskey fans, there are shelves stocked with many different bottles to pick from. This is a bar for people who appreciate good drinks (not just a beer or glass of wine). There is limited food selection but patrons are not discouraged...read full review
